First timer right here, the atmosphere was welcoming. The service was awesome, but food, which was a catfish dinner it wasn't fried to my liking, which wasn't what I expected. I will try maybe another time.
Awesome friendly staff, food cooked to order so it's piping hot and fresh. Those collards and fried fish are sooooo good. I stop in ever time I'm in the area, you will not be disappointed.

The baby back ribs were not good however. The ribs were not tender and my plastic knife had a hard then cutting into the ribs. Even after cutting in, I had trouble ripping the bones apart. Not only was it not tender, the flavors were not there. I expected more from the first item on the menu and also being under “chef’s special”...
