Hot, Delicious seafood served fast(less than 10mins from order to walking out with food). Whoever is working the fryer knows their job well. Outstanding fries, fried flounder, shrimp, okra & collards. Everything we ordered was crispy without being oily. Friendly staff the register. We will eat here again.

I've been a customer of Jack's for more than 20 years at both locations in Raleigh and just learned of this location in Apex. I must say, the flavor and quality of my dinner was excellent, just like old times. I ordered two flounder dinners, one with mac & cheese and yams; the other with mac & cheese and collards (cooked with smoked turkey). The staff was very polite and the restaurant was clean. My order was for pickup, and after driving more than 20 minutes...

First time here today and I’m already planning my next visit! Food was delicious and now I know exactly where to come when I’m craving my favorite comfort foods. Very welcoming staff and the customer service was incredible!
