The Peach Cobbler Factory Apex, NC

Customer service was great, cobbler was delicious and they also have new menu items here so we tried all kinds of new desserts, including the massive cookie and cheesecake and it was amazing, will be coming back!!!

Absolutely delicious and the customer service was top notch! The peach cobbler with the ice cream is so good!! We also had the apple cobbler with the pecans on top. They had a special today, buy a coffee and get a free cinnamon roll so I tried the cookie butter coffee which was delicious!! Over great experience, we will be back.

The desserts are tasty and I appreciate them being open late, but we pulled a staple out of one of our orders of banana pudding. It was mixed into the pudding, which was made to go and had a covered lid on it. Be careful!

These treats are appealing to the eye and that’s where it stops. The OG banana pudding, cookie & cobbler are super sweet. Way too much sugar it makes your stomach hurt, I couldn’t even enjoy past two bites. Sugar is not flavor. These desserts really made me not feel well after eating.

What a delight and super beautiful place! Tastefully designed and matched accessories perfectly. Then, a taste of the goodness! I love the house baked cinnamon rolls and cheesecake. The owner of the store and his daughter (manager of the location) are so personable and take pride in their work, experience, and product. Can’t wait to go back when I’m in the area but I’m not allowed to go without my daughter and son in law. They’re always so excited to see what is in the bag when we go visit them! Thank you!

Just not that great and certainly not worth the wait. We waited 5 minutes to place our order and 25 minutes to receive it when it was not busy at all. The guy taking our order didn’t even really speak to us - perhaps because he had an AirPod in his ear. Won’t be back.

There're plenty ice cream and cobbler to choose from very cumbersome decision. We are able to select 4 different varieties of which the peach cobbler Ice cream was amongst the best one, than there was cheese cake ice cream, cookies and cream ice cream and churo with Nutella. All and all I would give this ice cream place a great choice.

I placed a mobile order at 7:40 to be ready by 8 and not the ASAP it offered . My Husband went to get it and didn’t end up getting our food till 8:25. Not sure why they offer to order ahead if they aren’t able to make the time they offer it to be ready. 2 of my 3 milkshakes were also wrong. The peanut butter and jelly shake had no jelly and my strawberry peach cobbler shake with cheesecake had no peach or strawberry in it. Just had the cobbler topping in it 🙄The visit before that my churros were way over done and hard as a rock but I was already home before I had a chance to look at them. Super disappointed to pay so much and not have the order correct.

Placed a mobile order at 7:40pm 5/27. I show up at 7:50 and they say “just a few moments”. As other customers made their way in and placed orders, ate, and left, I tried to mention something to the workers there but they kept rushing to the back when I was the only one in the store…. Long story short I wanted 40 minutes for 2 puddings after multiple attempts of trying to get their attention and being ignored, as the only customer in the store. Sounds dramatic but $22 for 2 scoops of pudding AND it sat there for 40 minutes…you know it wasn’t good! I just hate this location, love others.

Welcoming atmosphere by the young lady in front. Fast service ( I order 4/5 items & it came out all under 10 minutes. Clean restaurant and fresh bathroom. 10/10 would recommend

Absolutely amazing! When I heard they were coming to Oxford, this pregnant lady got excited 😆 the cinnamon roll with blackberry cobbler was the craving and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!!!! Worth the wait !!!

My customer experience was A+. I laughed, we laughed, and they laughed. Such a warm welcoming. ❤️ I would recommend this location (Apex) to anyone looking for a refreshing dessert sprinkled with a hint of ❤️. Oh, yeah. Do not forget about your walnuts. You will not go wrong. yummy 😋

Average customer service. But dont make the mistake of going here hungry, this menu is huge, enticing and intimidating. It all looked so good. The caramel apple cobbler that l tried today was amazing. I will be back soon.

Everything we had was wonderful. We ordered from door dash and they were even so kind and smart enough to put the ice cream in a separate container so it wouldn't melt on top of the cobbler. Ice cream arrived cold and cobbler was nice and warm still. Both my wife and I enjoyed the pudding and sweet potato. Neither were too sweet and both had good flavor. The stuffed cinnamon roll is great. The icing on the cinnamon roll is, well, sugar, so it is sweet but that is what is expected when you order a desert covered in sugar icing. Duh. Good job yall. Keep up the great work.

The Peach Cobbler Factory is a good place to go to for a sweet ending. I was hesitant to try it because the most common complaints in the reviews were how long it took to get their food and that the food was too sweet. I timed the delivery time, and it took 4:43 to have our order for four people delivered. Also, it was unanimous that the food was not too sweet. We did wish the cobbler and brownies were warmer. I was also disappointed that they were out of the cinnamon buns. The food was good, the service was great, and the atmosphere is similar to the popular frozen yogurt shops. Bottom line, I would come back.
