Not a warm welcome on my first trip there, probably won't go back.
I had a question about the coffee but it's NOT really about the coffee it's how someone makes you feel.
Seemed like he didn't want to be there. Good luck.
I love the atmosphere, good beer and service.
Tip included 50$ for 2 burgers no alcohol not even that good truely
We stopped by here for a break before our destination. Very nice space, love the nautical theme. Good selection of beers. Dawn was nice and helpful in helping us decide which beers to try. They open early because they also sell coffee in the morning. Great for a co-working space, coffee in the morning, beer in the afternoon. They have a nice patio area, but we stayed inside for the AC. There was a really good food truck called NC Burger that camps out there most of the time. Great burger, Patrick was awesome. We would recommend this place when in the area.
We were passing through on our way to Cary from Charlotte on RT64. This detour was worth our time. Great beer selection. Awesome bar. I got 2 half pours. The Octopils Pilsner is “Beer Flavored Beer “. I then got a half pour of Into the Abyss brown ale. Our bartender Dawn let us sample beers. She rocks. She draws most of the beer signs.
Just passing through.
Decent beer, although the Apex brewery has definitely gone downhill since they opened the one in Cary. The selection changes chaotically. Also, without any provocation, signage or warning, the bartender (blonde, with small plastic glasses) interrupted my lunch and told me I could not drink the Coke from the burger truck in their parking lot. They have no signs asking customers to keep outside drinks out, nor are there signs showing they sell soda. Definitely lost some business over a 75¢ soda
First time visiting and will definitely be back. The place has a relaxing vide and nice selection of beverages. The service was excellent.
Some of the most creative beers in the area.
Definite service issues here. I thought I would try the place because my kid had a soccer practice right down the street and I had an hour to kill. The bartender - a guy with a crew cut - was problematic. The place wasn’t busy at all. I sat at the bar, literally right in front of him, but could not get his attention. He took care of any and all women first, no matter when they walked up to the bar, and then took care of his “bros” and chatted with them. I sat at the bar 10 minutes as he willingly ignored me, and then quit trying to get his attention and walked out.

Great beer and drink selections, kid and family friendly space. With open kitchen policy. Great place to picnic this summer ?
Friendly folks at the bar. Open area out back. Good Pilsner and brown ale. Please stay away it’s not that crowded.
Nice enough place easy to get there. Good beer variety but served in plastic cups (even inside) is a big miss for me.
Great selection of beers and good food truck rotation. I try to stop in at least once a week for the NC Burger truck and a beer or 2. Aside from the selection, the staff is very friendly and attentive. This is one of the last stands of places that don't try to make beer a political statement, while keeping beer as a common interest, as it should be. I appreciate the simplicity of this place and how they do all the necessary things correctly. They serve coffee for a period of time and that is also very good. If you want a relaxed social atmosphere with beer, coffee, and/or food possibilities, this is a good one!
We stopped here with our little girl and dog after a hike at Harris Lake. Great place and very friendly with good beer. I really liked Into the Abyss brown ale and my wife liked their ginger beer. The food truck hàs really good food and we could eat inside with dog. The bartender was very nice too. We'll definitely be back.
