Came for breakfast. I got bacon egg & Swiss croissant combo. It's fresh and tasty. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. Cool place and quick service. The French toast sticks looks great too, would like to try it next time.

This Wendy's is the BEST Wendy's I have ever been to. They are always so fast!!! They always get my order right. The staff is always so polite and friendly. I have come here so many times because I work nearby and every time I get the same result. I just love how reliable they are. If I am running late to work I know I can always stop by their drive-thru and pick something up because I will get quick, wonderful and kind service. I wish every fast-food establish was run like this place. I don't know what this place is doing but they are doing it right. I would give them 1000 stars if I could. This is how fast-food establishments are supposed to run. So great. I will always return to this Wendy's.

I ordered a biggie bag off of doordash and paid an extra nine dollars for a large meal and they gave me the smallest fry possible😠I tried calling them up but the lady told me they couldn’t deliver my large fry and didn’t offer a refund at all. Just order somewhere else.

Went thru drive thru , asked for a receipt , glad I did , they charged me $2 for some booklet that I didn’t ask for .. I went inside and they handed me the $2, they are supposed to void the original and ring up the correct amount…. Rip off

I really hate wasting time to leave reviews for bad experience, but I've given them the benefit of the doubt soooo many times and it really never gets better, so here I am, so others will know what to expect.
Everytime we go there, the people that end up working the drive-thru give off the impression that we the customer is somehow inconveniencing their day. Every time I get to the window, not matter who is there waiting to take my money, they never say hello, never repeat the total I owe, and simply outreach their hand in complete silence (usually with a look of frustration) for my card or cash. Even after I give it to them and they return it, no thank you, no here is your card, just the same look and complete silence...not even eye contact.
Look, I get it if you're having a bad day, or ever if it's one particular employee that does it, but this is everyone I deal with there, and every time, hence my review.
To add, the nuggets are incredibly inconsistent, as that is all my daughter eats there. Sometimes they are cooked how they should be. A lot of times, they are overcooked and when that is the case, I've wasted money as my little one doesn't eat them (she'd rather go hungry when that is the case).
I decided to give this place a 2 star review only b/c they have a 100 sanitation grade, and that is commendable (and I wanted to add details as to why I continue to visit this location, aside from it being the closest to us). I think I will drive the 3.5 miles to use the next closest location moving forward.

There was plastic inn my chillis and the bake potato was looking terrible. Ladys talking on the cellphone when doing order, that might be the reason why my food was all miserable.

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered a burger, and 3 bites in, I look at my burger and see that it’s RAW. Obviously, consuming raw meat in general can cause its issues. But consuming raw meat pregnant is a tad more serious as you’re more at risk for certain things. On top of that, worse case contacting said illnesses can cause a miscarriage. Those working in any type of food business should take into consideration of always preparing food properly and sanitation.
Came here tonight for two singles, cheese was cold, bread was stale and I swear the fake nails on the person at the drive thru made me want to gag on how long they were and possible bacteria underneath them. I ditched the one on 55 for this place and this place is downhill, too.

My online delivery order from May was incorrect and I was supposed receive a refund. It’s the end of July and I STILL haven’t received any refund, despite being promised one. I was told to call the restaurant to get the situation resolved and no one answers the phone.

Went through the drive-thru place an order online was asked to pull up as they had to make the chicken nuggets. Waited 15 minutes walked inside say hey do you have my order and everybody looked at me like I was going crazy I said I've been sitting outside 15 minutes in front of the drive-thru were you asked me to pull waiting for chicken nuggets to get done that should take 5 minutes then they try to hand me a bag with cold food in it and I said no remake everything. This place is really gone downhill in recent years
