Went 2 times and order is wrong each time. Tonight was served cold food, congealed cheese on cold burger, chicken stuck to bun it was so old. Fries were soggy and cold. I think I'll skip this location from now on.

I frequent this Wendy's, often as I work in the area. Food is usually hot. There is never cheese on my sandwich. When I ask for it each time I get the same order. I even think they recognize me sometimes. However, there is still not cheese on my sandwich. I try not to ask for too much, but I don't think adding cheese is that wild.

Got the Apple and Pecan salad for dinner tonight. First thing I noticed was that the container is smaller, thus the salad inside is smaller. Opened to find a meager salad with no blue cheese and just a few small pieces of chicken. But what was on there was some undercooked fatty cold bacon, which does not belong on this salad. So I got a small amount of lettuce, a few cranberries, a few slices of apples and some pecans in a packet but no blue cheese nor much of any chicken and I threw away the barely cooked cold bacon that was not supposed to be on this salad. Really sub par food incorrectly assembled, surly servers and no need for me to ever go there again. Other Wendy’s are better. Skip this one.

Ordered the apple pecan salad. #1-the salad is smaller than it’s ever been. #2-there were only a few tiny pieces of chicken whereas in the past there has been a decent amount. #3-there was no blue cheese whatsoever as supposed to be #4-undercooked cold fatty bacon was on salad and it’s not supposed to be #5-there were few cranberries and a small packet of pecans. Overall a low value and unsatisfactory meager salad with missing ingredients. Service poor too. Go elsewhere if you want Wendy’s.

We stopped for a small breakfast. We ordered the Cinnabon pull apart and chocolate milk to drink. The place is fairly clean. The customer service could be better but overall this Wendy's is OK. We liked the chart with the nutrition information on the wall.

We were in Apex on a weekday morning to drop off a child at camp. We had time for a quick snack so we stopped in at this Wendy's. The service is not that good, but it was, overall, friendly. We ordered a cinnabon and chocolate milk. The cinnabon was good. Prices are moderate.

I went to Wendy's a few days after hurricane Helene hit. There were a few Wendy's that were out of commission on my way from Charlotte, but this one was not. It was brightly lit, well staffed, and very delicious. Everything was exactly as it should be. This is even an old style. Wendy's that they have not remodeled. My whole family loved it!
Spicy chicken sandwich good, fries with peel pretty good (this might be new), Cinnabon not what you get from one of their own stores, but edible.

Guy and two girls working the drive thru at about 12:20 acted as if they didn’t want to be at work serving customers. Management should have a conversation with them asap. Gives the place a bad look.

I ordered a Dave’s single with cheese and was given a very small “plain”cheeseburger, nothing on it, but charged $5.39 for the larger cheeseburger. I didn’t discover this until I got home so I couldn’t go back. I ordered a large cold brew and was given a size small, which had to be redone when I as there. This Wendy’s does not put receipts in the bag so buyer beware. You don’t know what they are doing or what they rang up. This keeps happening at this location!

Terrible service at the drive-thru and they messed up my son's order to the extent that he could not eat it, which we only discovered after getting home. I felt terrible b/c my son was starving after football practice and was looking forward to this meal. We now go to Taco Bell or Bojangles right down the road.
