This Zaxbys is awesome! Unlike some other locations, they place don't charge for additional sauce. This may not seem important but charging customers for an additional sauce to go with their meal is a little crazy to me. Anyhow, I appreciate the customer service here and will prefer to visit locations like this one over other Zaxbys.

Imagine enjoying your cob salad with crispy chicken from zaxbys and then bam??? you crunch down on something hard that's not supposed to be embedded in your salad. At 1st I thought i broke a bracket off my braces on the chicken; until i pulled it out my mouth ????
Called back and spoke with eric who stated since I paid in cash that i needed to return to the store for a refund. Didnt even care or speak any concerns over the fact that it was in my salad

I’m certain is good for all the sax please and most other places these days. The chicken fingers are a good size, the chicken itself however feels like you’re chewing on an old rubber band.
I eat a fair amount if chicken, I’m a little bougie I like to get a organic, range, pasture all that good stuff and I usually spend more money than the average person on meat in general and the attempt to ensure i don’t get all that genetic monster meat that’s out there .
AnyWho if you’re used to eating them I’m certain it’s no big thing, if you don’t need them very often hardly ever, yhe texture is going to be really messed up .

Layout to get from door to check out and to drink area is crowded. Otherwise service good and food good. Food came out very HOT ?

Manager Andrew Horawitz (spelling?) Made everything fair when the coupon I was given for a free REPEAT order wasn't valid. Because my receipt wasn't attached to the correct coupon he said here is free meal for my troubles! He didn't have to go above and beyond, but he did!! Great managerial interaction! THANK YOU!!

I have gotten the chicken sandwich here several times, and this place is great. The staff is always helpful, fast and gets my order correct. The food is very good. I will definitely be back
