I LOVE this place. The shakes and teas are so delicious. What makes this business different from other nutrition shops is they offer healthy protein donuts and waffles. They are tasty and no guilt eating them!

This is my absolute FAVORITE nutrition bar. The energy and experience here is PHENOMENAL. Cheria makes the visit here so comforting and insightful. The name SOUL FIT is sooooo PERFECT!!

Soul Fit is what has been needed in my health journey… the Mega Teas, protein donuts, waffle Wednesday’s are a hit. Even my kids love it!!! Check them out!
