Great food and great prices. We eat here often.
So glad we decided to eat here while staying overnight in High Point. The food was amazing and the portions were unbelievable for the value. I had the Seafood platter. Delicious and affordable. Highly recommend Ranchos to anyone and we will definitely eat here again when we travel through this area again.

Was traveling on I-85 south. Typed in “Mexican” in Google maps. Picked Rancho. Easy access from Main Street. Not a Mexican restaurant. No chips and salsa for me but I was hungry and I had already sat down before I realized. Lol. All the staff is super friendly. Lots of customers- locals. The service and food was fast and good.
