This place is mediocre at best. We were pretty excited when it opened up. Now we just go here to run out our stars. Thank goodness the Dunkin opened up. SB staff is slow and not the friendliest.

Pathetically slow service on multiple occasions for food. I long ago quit drinking SB coffee. There is a place called The Coffee Bean across the road, next to Food Lion that takes care of their customers. SB has gotten too big.

Went through the drive thru paid with cash and they never gave me my change back this is the second time they have done this called and said there was no way to show they never gave it to me! terrible customer service.

Every time I come to the Starbucks, they are out of some thing and they don’t even tell you! Not only that they are rude and are very slow! I love starbucks! But this one needs some work!

Staff are friendly and kind, drinks that I have ordered taste good.Operations need improvement.This store is very slow on getting your order done. Doesn't matter whether you do the drive thru, go inside, or mobile order. I have mobile ordered and my drink wasn't done when I got there. Don't try to stop in a hurry, you won't get out on time.There is a total lack of signage. It is unclear inside where the line is to order and where the line is to pick up. People randomly mill around and order from the left or right side of the counter with no structure. Names also were not called out, or weren't loud enough to hear, when drinks were placed on the counter.They do not have signs up for national offers or discounts. For instance, now, all holiday coffee and merchandise is supposed to be 50% off, but this store isn't advertising that, and when asked, half the staff didn't know about it and didn't know what items were on sale and what items were not.Several times I have tried to order different things to be told they are out of stock (food and drink items). They also haven't gotten in new stock on updated flavors, while other stores in the area have.The store is newish, and may be understaffed. Needs improvement.

Have had nothing but issues at this location recently. I order here at least once a week if not more in most weeks. They are always out of stock and never have the appropriate length straws. They always give out short straws for a venti frappe, so the straw falls down in the cup and you cannot drink your drink. One time they made me pay $1 for a long reusable draw. Today they refused to sell me a straw as management has changed. The initial customer service lady was nice, the second lady was very unpleasant. At this point I would rather go to the Coffee Bar spend more money for a smaller cup of coffee and get great customer service!!

Slowest Starbucks i have ever been to in my whole life! To busy gossiping and playing to even work…. Waited 20 minutes for 1 drink and there was no one else in the store or any mobile orders….. go to another Starbucks and save time like this was

This is the worst Starbucks in the area. They are incredibly slow. Do NOT get in the drive-thru line if you do not have adequate time to spare. You will not be able to exit the drive-thru once in it. I have waited upwards of 35-40 minutes for a mobile order I placed 10 mins before leaving my home. They are constantly out of products, most notably cold brew. I have never been able to get a cold brew from this location since they opened. Do not think going inside will get you your order faster. They close extremely early..like around 7:30pm or 8pm even on weekends. Archdale has three other locally owned coffee shops... I recommend visiting one of them instead of Starbucks.

So driving long drive someone would want a potentially made coffee doing a quick search on Google lead you to the closest one this being the 1 right off the interstate I decided to stop Keep in mind good old Google told me that they closed at 10pmv Imagine how irritated I am to find out that they are completely closed. Not a soul in the parking lot which means they close earlier than 9:25. Either the staff there decided just to close early for whatever reason or Google has the hours of this establishment wrong either way Don't go here!!!!!

Attempted to call this location for an entire day and the phone was "busy" every time. I fully believe they leave their phone off the hook. Attempted to place an order for three travelers for business meeting and was denied. Save yourself the trouble and drive to the North Main High Point location. They are friendly, helpful, and way faster.

Staff is rude. place order app time to be ready. we get there and still wait another 20+ min. For order and when I ask "Jordan" mgr. attitude. Then we cater to drive threw. You don't like it call corporate Order put in on app 15 min away and still 20 more minutes to finally get it She should loose her job. They need a real manager !! the 1 is because they make you give something. -4. is the real rating
