Most of the time the people are very friendly, the drinks are rarely made correct. At least this is has been my experience on occasion. Pink drink is suppose to have strawberries in it, if they are out of the berries please mention it to the customer, make sure the lids are always on tight and the drink is not overflowing all over the cup.
