Wendy's is a restaurant that has undergone positive changes in recent years. The service is now described as good and fast, with the staff being helpful and energetic. Recent reviews highlight the cleanliness of the restaurant, with no trash on the floor and all the tables clean. Customers appreciate the quick service, even during busy times. The food, including the Spicy Chicken sandwich and Dave’s Double, is reported to be delicious, although some meals may not always be fresh. The team has been praised for resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally, showing great teamwork even when short-staffed. Some customers mention the friendly and helpful staff, with one describing the manager as a young gentleman with dark hair and a sweet lady up front. A customer appreciated being greeted immediately and helped to choose a pineapple mango drink while traveling, emphasizing the welcoming attitude of the staff. Overall, Wendy's remains a solid choice for a quick and satisfying meal, despite some minor issues like a slightly tangy chili or a disappointing spicy chicken for one customer.
