Went through the drive through. Ordered a burger no bread, wrapped in lettuce with pickles and mayonnaise and an unsweetened tea. Young man headed me my tea. I said this is unsweetened correct? He said yes. Looked in the bag didn’t see a bun. Burger was not wrapped in lettuce but laying on it. Pulled out took a sipOf tea. Of course it was sweet. Opened my food no mayo, no pickles. Not to mention they said the order was over $13. I asked why is it $13 for a burger and a drink. They said you wanted a combo. No!! Listening skills people. Gezz! Not a difficult order.

It's been a year since our last visit. Customer service was prompt and friendly this time but the food we got was totally cold. Luke warm French fries, my pretzel burger bun was cold like it came out of the refrigerator. Why is so difficult to get a good meal these days. Ya'll have got to do a better job! ?

This place must’ve got new management or something because they used to suck. They used to not even take your order. It’s been two years since I’ve ate Wendy’s bc of this reason but this time was completely different! The service was good, it was fast besides waiting for fresh fries but hey, it’s fresh fries and it goes to show their improvement. Spicy Chicken sandwich was pretty good for Wendy’s too. Strawberry lemonade hit like always

Thank you Cindy (manager) for taking care of me. I was told the day before that I could not get a refund for my 2 Frostys that they did not have. My $5.58 was kept and I was told to go back to the App and request my money. The manager called me the next morning and told me to come get my money and even gave us Frostys. She said it should have been handled like that the day before. Thank you again Cindy and I will be back.
