Best barbecue I’ve ever had, the service is amazing. They stayed open a bit later so we could get a last minute order. The staff is extremely accommodating, helpful and pleasant.

Went for smoked chicken and ended up getting more of a boiled crockpot chicken. Bought 5 pounds of chicken that is setting in water/chicken broth! Not happy at all and all Mac the general manager could say was sorry. Not acceptable for the position he’s in.

Was in the area looking for something different recently and tried this place. This is the best BBQ I have had since I moved here. I love the different sauce options. Personally I don't care for a vinegar based sauce so I tried the cheer wine sauce and it was awesome. My husband and I ordered a variety of things to try and each one was absolutely awesome including ribs, Mac n cheese, wings and brisket. Obviously this is our go to for BBQ when I'm too lazy to make it myself. Well worth the drive from Hendersonville.

We were out there visiting my sister and brother in law. They live nearby and had never tried your food. It was fabulously delicious. We enjoyed the pulled pork, baby back ribs, and beef brisket along with potato salad, baked Mac and cheese and pasta salad. It was so, so, so good!!!!!! I’d recommend them to everyone! In fact we were very tempted to order more “to go” to bring some home to NW Indiana. I’d recommend being open for weekend orders though!!!!! Please!!!!!

Excellent! All of the food was absolutely fantastic (thank you for being one of the few places that carry brisket!!!!). Coming from a Texan with roots in Mississippi and Louisiana, this is truly great southern food!Got them through Door Dash for the 1st time. I use Door Dash a LOT, and this is the ONLY place that took the best precautions ... each package of food was sealed with tape, and even the large bag it all came in was completely sealed up. So you know for sure there's no chance the food could be tampered with along the way. I LOVE it!!

Wonderful food! I ordered the pulled chicken sandwich. The portion was substantial and the chicken was moist. I love the packaging. The order came in a sealed containers and a sealed bag. The coleslaw was excellent and I love both the mild and golden sauces. Finally the Mac and cheese is fantastic and made with soooo much cheese. I highly recommend Big South BBQ.
