I'm giving a 1 because even though the young man was trying no one seemed to help him take our order in drive thru. We sat for more than 12 minutes waiting on a chicken sandwich and Ham, egg, cheese biscuit. Only car in drive thru. Meanwhile looked like manager and employee were engrossed in convo while I waited for over 15 minute.
Wife goes inside. They had "miscommunication" and no one did our order. "Not sure if we have ham?" "Do you want a refund?" "No, I would just like our food"-wife. "No, we can make it." Wife-" okay just give me the refund." Ah, we'll make it and give you some we extra stuff." 5 minutes later, order incorrect. Bacon instead of ham. I used to work for this company many years ago. What are you hiring? Extremely disappointed in the one place I love to come to. š (time 8:30pm)

Place is complete trash. They always have an attitude and constantly tell you to hold on when thereās no one inside or in drive thru. 10/10 do not recommend

The attitude I received just for having two orders was unbelievable. Yelled at me through the speaker to hold on. (YELLED) The lobby is closed, how else am I supposed to split my orders? The whole store needs to be shut down. Half the time they are out of biscuits, or the computers are down. Do not come here.

This is by far the best Bojangles in wnc it's always consistent and the fries are always hot and seasoned well! I passed 3 other Bojangles on the way to work just to stop here. The staff are super friendly and care about their work. Really top notch crew and corporate needs to take note here.
$$$ Pricey like most things these days. Got one sausage, egg,& cheese, a cheese biscuit, and a plain biscuit. Total was over $10. Drive-thru was speedy and the order was correct. But, didn't they have a cheddar biscuit?

They were out of biscuits, i got a large fry with extra seasoning and a ranch. The fries were hard i couldn't eat them and the ranch was in a portion cup so they didn't have their own ranch they're using a different Ranch that wasn't that great and it was just a waste of $6 I will never go back

Horrible experience at this Bogangles they donāt know what theyāre doing also they are so slow, it took forever to get our order when there were like 5 people āworkingā they werenāt nice at all. The guy that took our order went back to the kitchen twice to see if they had what we were ordering. HORRIBLE WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THAT HORRIBLE PLACEā¦.PEOPLE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AT THIS LOCATION. Read the reviews first I wish I had š¤¬

My sandwich tasted like it was from breakfast and it was 5:00pm and limited drinks
Headed to work, I thought my co-workers would like a hot and familiar dinner. The doors were locked and the line to order at the drive-thru was a 20 minutes long. At 9:17pm I attempted to order a 20 piece meal. The cashier told me they were out of chicken. I explained I didn't mind to wait. They refused to take my order saying it was too close to closing time, 10pm. It takes 17 minutes to cook a batch. If they'd cooked 100 pieces, they would have sold out in less than 20 minutes. It seems their standard practice is to close early.
Didn't get what I ordered and the lady was so hateful this morning that I didn't want to ask for anything else. Super rude to have been what we are all going through. Hospitality goes a long way babe! You get no where in life by being bitter.

I have never been to a Bo-Jangles to where they are so hateful. I came through the drive through and immediately the lady over the speaker was incredibly rude. I had no idea that they didn't have Bo-Berry Biscuits and asked if that's what she said and she had to get louder saying, that's what I said!! Then I took just a second to figure out what I wanted to drink and asked her about sweet tea, she cut me off and said in a loud voice the ones she did have. The lights were not on to be able to read anything so I just got what I was used to ordering. Coming up to the window, I heard her talking about us and she would not even look at us as she was handing the stuff out the window. I didn't get her name but, it was this morning 10/30/2024 @ 7:00am. She was a white heavy set lady with long brown hair. I will not be coming back to this location. I understand she may have things going on, but at this point honey, we all do!

The restaurant was short staffed and operating with minimal drinks due to Hurricane Helene, so some issues were understandable. However, I was told my order would take 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I asked about it and everyone was clueless. My best guess is the staff member who came out with the same thing I ordered took it and threw my slip away

Go to a different location, this one sucks. Too many young folks slacking/goofing off rather than working. Stood there for 20 minutes waiting to order while listening to them all act like little kids cursing and being foolish. Finally ended up just leaving, went to french fries instead

Want to be treated horribly by the morning manager and screamed at through the window all because you asked for a honey mustard? Then go here Iām sure she will have no problem doing it to othersā¦. I WILL NEVER go back to this Bojangles. Never have I been treated so disrespectful before and all over asking for a honey mustard.
