I have tried coming to this Bojangles 4 times (it is 1 miles from my house) and every time I come my order is messed up! And every time I mention it they have to drop fresh meat…isn’t that convenient that they where letting me leave and telling me my order was complete but didn’t have enough chicken cooked for me order until I had to turn around and go back! $49 for food is not cheap these days epically fast food. and to not get what I paid for is very aggravating I will not be back to this Bojangles!

If you are in a rush, don’t come here because these people have zero sense of urgency! I was told I needed to wait a five minutes for them to drop hashbrowns for my meal. I waited eight minutes just for my bo rounds to be cold when I got them!

Food was hard to eat. Fries were cold. Didn't 35$ and very disappointed. Had to go get hot fries. Yet they were just old fries deep-fried again. I regret eating my money and time. Kids bo bite meal was so tough my child couldn't bite into them. The biscuit was about the only good thing she could digest. Thanks for helping me decide to never go to bojangles again. They were so dead, only two cars in the parking lot. There's no reason I should be eating old fries and brick hard sandwiches.

The electronic order messed my order up so bad it got the sauces right. But Levi and Noel fixed it NO problem the food was extremely fresh and fast! This is the first time since this place has opened that the food was hot and fresh. Thank GOD!

I have been here multiple times and there is always an issue with something. This time was the final and last time I will be going here due to BLOOD being on my biscuit wrapper. This is HIGHLY unsanitary and ridiculous. DO NOT go to this bojangles. Go to airport road.

First time in NC and was told to make sure I hit up Bojangles. Was not let down. Leticia helped me pick out my meal and really made the whole experience wonderful. I'd come back to this location on Julian Shoals Dr just to chat with her!

I’ve been to many Bojangles in many different cities and they’re all great but this is by far the best. The associate named Daniel was extremely friendly and helpful and really made us feel good that we came inside the restaurant instead of driving through the drive-in window. This particular Bojangles is well worth the stop and I highly recommend it!

I purchased a 10 mixed and got it home. 1st I had to wait on the chicken like 10 plus minutes which I didn't mind that part. But after I got chicken home for family it was only enough for 2 people. They gave me 4 wings 3 legs and 3 small thighs. That was horrible for a mixed box. Not 1 breast in box. If I hadn't drove so far I would have taken it back and family was hungry. I ended up having to cook same night because it wasn't enough chicken for everyone. If you go to the Arden one please check your order before you leave.
