One of the worst experience i have ever encounter. Kelly was reported to Headquarters and I really hope he gets retrained on how to talk to adults. I felt humiliated and scared by this man and being in customer service i dont think it is any goof for any business.

Ordered from there a couple times and every experience was completely horrible!! There's only 3 cars on drive thru I waited 20 something minutes for my order. Employee outside wiping off his car instead of helping his fellow Co workers. They asked me to come back the following day after I paid for my meal. Very unprofessional they just lost a regular customer!!

Great Bojangles with quick service and friendly employees and the prices are pretty cheap compared to other restaurants. The chicken is amazing. The cobbler is divine.

Stop with the AI bull. The drive-thru is AI ordering only with no screen to verify what we ordered. And when you get to the window, no one verifies that your order is correct. Instead, the cashier just coldy gave our total at the window. So I asked her to verify our order first, and we found errors. She had to call the manager to fix it. Stop with AI!!!! There is a time and place for it, and a drive-thru is not the place for it.

Went through the drive-thru, this morning, and th boberry biscuits were like hockey pucks!!! Can't believe that the person placing them in the container didn't feel that when preparing. Why serv them that way?

I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese combo large and I asked for fresh fries twice. When I got my order, they mixed fresh fries and cold fries together. Then the manager proceeded to tell me That french fries and cold fries were not mixed together. He Also told me not to call him a liar. Please do better when someone order something give them what they ask for.

Come at 11 am and somehow still get cold stale fries and biscuits. Also, I've ordered a mountain dew like five times from here and two of them the syrup needed to be changed
