I come to this location sometimes to get food normally it's a person and now they have a robot taking the order and my mom said chicken biscuit meal with lrg sweet tea and When we got to the window it was only the biscuit so I asked them don't fries come with the meal the robot only put down biscuit sandwich when my mom said very clear "meal" and they wanted me to pay for the fries they were very rude about it I said why should I pay for the fries when it didn't put meal I wanted the meal the girl said idk what to tell you and walked off and the guy shut the window. Future reference don't let a robot take the orders. That was poor customer service! I worked in fast food I would have fix the mistake and given the fries for free and said sorry that way they come back.

I went through the drive thru for lunch while on the job. They have a robot taking the orders at the speaker. It does not repeat your order after it takes it. The person at the window does not repeat your order when they hand it to you. I ordered two egg and cheese biscuits, I was charged and handed a bag with two egg only biscuits. Bummer.

They have implemented an AI box for drive thru orders and my partner and I were looking to get breakfast this morning and had ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits and 2 steak biscuits with CHEESE (yes we know it's extra) and a medium bo round but when we got to the window, my partner had asked if the AI got the order correct while my partner handed her the card, she recited the order but with no cheese on the steak biscuits and decided to have a yelling match with my partner about how we knew it was extra for the cheese. We just left and are going to a different location because that is unacceptable behavior. She also refused to hand the card back to my partner until he started going off on her.

Horrible service. Food was wrong, we waited over 30 minutes to find out our food was ready inside sitting on the counter and when we went in to grab it, the worker didn’t even say a word to us when he handed the food over. Looked at us like we did something wrong. Do better.

Live in Utah and haven’t had a Cajun fillet biscuit in 10 years! My folks got me a couple before the got to the airport! Even 10 hours later it tastes like home ❤️ oh and they brought some dirty rice. Amazing ❤️

The little light skinned dude with curly hair, that was a cashier today, has a nasty little sassy attitude. If he didn’t want to wait on the customers, he should’ve just stayed his ass in the back. And the food that you gave me has been sitting out for a while, old chicken, and I had to throw it in the trash. Go to a different Bojangles if there’s one closer.
I went by with my kids on Halloween night at 730- and the manager parked a car in the drive through so no cars could pull in and they screamed at my family and said we’re closed a men and a women was very rude . One why are they closed at 730 if it’s do the the recent storm then there’s ways to tell customers that is the reason ther closed we just wanted some of them new chicken wings and some fresh Bo biscuits but nope
