Poor service was in line this morning for 30 minutes. Got to the window 3 people working and the inside of the store was a mess. Food was cold and biscuit was like glue.

9/22/22 at 7:50 pm went thru drive thru to order family a late dinner and no one came to take order. All lights on and an employee cleaning and a young man sitting at table in front. I drove around to the side window and still no response. After 20 minutes I left. Internet said hours of operation were until 10 pm and recently updated. Would have been decent to put a sign up somewhere saying closed. Guess the business not needed.

I called corporate and left a message but they didn’t take the time to return my call. I wanted to order 24 pieces of chicken but when I pulled up I saw the manager sitting on the front counter. It’s a food contact area. I observed for a few minutes she slid down the counter with her behind while using her phone and folks I could not believe my eyes but it appeared to me that she was vaping. Her back was towards me. I took pictures and everything. I guess it wasn’t a concern for upper management for not calling me back. Needless to say I pulled off and got something different for my family. It was Oteen location tunnel road.

Visited long shoals rd bojangles left food out of bag the fries was hard as a brick the biscuit was so hard you could use it for a baseball an the steak was even harder so that was 15.00 down the drain

Very very very slow and poor service. Food only so so. Employees rather socialize than work and manager could care less. I'm done with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We only went thru the drive thru. The sides and chicken was tasty, my husband loves Bojangles if he can't get good fried chicken elsewhere.

If you want cold food or a rock biscuits that will remove teeth for free go to mills river NC. Worst food ever! If Kevin was still in charge of bojangles. He run the best one I have ever eat at. Jason runs mills river and he can't even give u fresh food because I know mine was at least 6hrs old

Honestly the best thing you can do is CLOSE both south Asheville locations! Service stinks at both locations! You advertise family meals and yet when you order they tell you that they are not available! Go figure?????

I’ve been to this Bojangles 5 times and I’ve yet to get food because of how long the wait is and how rude the manager is. I drive 7 minutes just to get a biscuit.

I was a employee before I walked out a the other day they treat ther employees a little worst then they do ther customer food cooked fresh biscuits every 20 minutes yeah right does not happen and then the cook coooks the food way ahead of time and it sits in the holding pan for atleaat a hour guys you better check your self before you think . Bojangles
