Server was nice until, Karen I don’t know if she’s a manager, but interrupted and took our food order….. aka (our food never came). She would take laps around the restaurant and She would avoid the table, and a drink order took 15 minutes to get to the table . It is NOT the first time this has happened at this location!!!!!! Yea Karen we are talking about you .

My family and I love this place, but today we had a very bad experience. The waitress had alcohol on her breath and was acting very strange. She had a very bad attitude when we asked for someone else to help us take our order. Even though she took our orders one by one, she still added extra drinks and two triple burgers with cheese, even though we only ordered one. To resolve this, we also had an argument with her about why we had rejected it when we had ordered two. Our order arrived incomplete. We had to ask several times for what we were missing, and they didn't bring us plates for our family order of wings. In the end, the manager approached our table to ask us what was missing from our order, but the order still arrived incomplete, and they confused what we had ordered. We were charged extra for a soda and a children's menu item, which the waitress mistook for a regular one. The waiter who served us afterward was very kind in fixing that, even though they didn't even offer us refills on our drinks. Ultimately, we're very sad because it's one of our favorite places to come and eat.

food was good but service was awful. took about 40 minutes to get our food. we sat there and watched people who came in after us get there food, finish it, and put their leftovers in boxes before we even got our food. we were given our check where we had to wait another 10-15 minutes so we decided to just go to the bar to get our checks paid when she finally decided to make an appearance. won’t be eating here again.

I used to come here all the time in high school and I’m happy to say it’s just as wonderful now! Scott and his team were so kind to us making sure we were taken care of with full drinks and plenty of food. The food was fresh and very quick service even at 10pm. Excited to come back next time I’m in town 😊

I grew up in upstate NY so they were everywhere. It’s been along time since I been to this location. We did the all eat wings food was little cold but still good flavor. Service was great Steven was fast get refills on drinks and food .i can appreciate it I in the business. So know how it can be came a group most be like great I’m getting crappy tip . But looked like he was shocked gave him good tip . Even though food was just k he made the experience amazing. Need more people like him in our business.

We are always happy when we go to Buffalo Wild Wings. It's always the same order for us, and we always go on Tuesdays.
We usually get the BOGO wings and happy hr tots. The mild sauce and garlic Parm are usually our go-to. We did try the orange chicken, and I think we might be modifying our sauce selection in the future.
