Great spot in Arden! The food was hot and fresh, service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was lively without being overwhelming. Perfect place to catch a game, grab wings, and unwind. Will definitely be back.

I’m posting this as a detailed warning for anyone considering eating at this Buffalo Wild Wings location near the Asheville airport. What we experienced was not just bad service or a rough night — it was a full operational breakdown. After reading many other recent reviews, it’s clear this has been happening repeatedly.
From the moment we arrived, things felt off. The floors were thick, slick, and greasy. Walking across them felt unsafe and immediately signaled a lack of basic oversight in a high-traffic restaurant.
The food was deeply disappointing. We ordered nachos that arrived dry and poorly constructed: barely any cheese, no grated cheese, no properly melted cheese, and no cheese dip. The chips were bland and stale-tasting, and the dish was overloaded with pickled and roasted peppers to the point that it was unpleasant to eat. We were told they were out of guacamole by 4:00 p.m. on a Saturday.
We also ordered 20 bone-in wings with the dry rub seasoning on the side. Out of those 20 wings, we received only two drumettes. The chicken was greasy, unevenly cooked, and left an unpleasant aftertaste. We never received the fries that were supposed to come with the wings, and despite asking, we never received celery or carrots either.
Even basic beverage quality was ignored. The Pepsi tasted flat and off, clearly not calibrated correctly. Anyone who has operated a food service business knows that soda calibration is one of the most basic back-of-house responsibilities. When something that simple is neglected, it’s a clear sign that management is not paying attention.
Service is where this experience crossed from bad into unacceptable. I have operated a food service business before, and what I witnessed was a complete lack of leadership and teamwork.
Our table was in the bar area. The bartender was overwhelmed but genuinely trying. She was not the problem. The problem was the rest of the wait staff and the absence of management. Multiple servers repeatedly walked past our table, saw that we needed assistance, and chose to ignore us. There was no teamwork and no shared responsibility for guests.
After finishing our meal, we waited more than 15 minutes just to get a check. No one came. Eventually, my partner had to walk to the bar and insist that we be allowed to pay so we could leave.
What truly underscored how dysfunctional this place is was the table next to us. A two-person table repeatedly tried to get a server’s attention for ketchup. After being ignored again and again, the gentleman stood up, reached behind the bar himself, and grabbed a bottle of ketchup. That should never happen in a properly run restaurant.
There were plenty of staff on the floor. What was missing was management. We overheard employees talking about where the manager was while the front of house was in chaos. No one was directing staff or checking tables. We also watched at least three other groups walk out because they were tired of waiting and being ignored.
This location does not have a staffing problem. It has a leadership and operations problem. Until that is addressed, I strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

The food is great no complaints on the food. Its the service that’s the problem. They always take too long nobody comes to the takeout counter so I’m standing for 15 minutes even after my food is ready. They also never include napkins.

It was midday, and it was not quite crowded yet.So we got a lot of attention from our waitress. She was so very friendly and so prompt with our orders and drinks. Now, I don't drink alcohol, but when I did, I used to love going to Buffalo Wild Wings. So if you're a drinker , I suggest you get a driver when you leave here , because that's what I used to do. Remember safety first. But the wings are always good, and we actually have the ultimate nachos, which were very good, and I've tried the Buffalo chicken wrap, it was okay.I probably won't get it again, but there are so many tasty choices there. I will return.

Do NOT pick up food here OR pick up a DoorDash order! After waiting an hour for our order, turns out somebody had stolen it the whole time. The manager dude was very rude and started talking bad about doordashers, but it was the restaurant’s incompetence that made us sit and wait an hour! And THEN started making the food, after an hour wait. We had to leave before we lost our minds. What a joke, will never forget this experience and will never be back.

Our waiter, Craig, was absolutely amazing and incredibly welcoming. Even though he was the only server working, he still checked on us regularly and made sure we had everything we needed. His service was above and beyond. I highly recommend paying Craig a visit—he truly deserves all the appreciation for his hard work!

Very disappointing experience at this location.

We waited about 5 minutes just to be acknowledged, and then another 22 minutes at the table without a single employee coming over. The manager (or supervisor) sat us and said someone would be right with us — but no one ever came.

For 10pm, the restaurant was steady but definitely not busy, so we waited patiently. Eventually, we got up and left because we were never served or even spoken to.

It’s sad to see this location — and the one on Tunnel — go downhill like this. The saying “you get what you pay for” really applies here. The wait simply isn’t worth the food anymore.

I won’t be returning to either location until management or ownership makes real changes.

When I arrived , it was 12:01 PM. There was not a single employee in sight.

I looked at the bar amd asked if the wait was long and they didn't say much.

After about 5 minutes the bartender emerged and i gave them my order.

They didn't have the cheese for the pretzel bites which is fine.

I ordered the buffalo wrap with blue cheese and it didn't come with that. The fries also tasted like they have been sitting out since the morning or the night before.....

Most likely not going back

The food was really good. Our service was not so good. It took a while to get seated. It took a long time to get our food. We had to ask another waitress to check on our order.

Server was nice until, Karen I don’t know if she’s a manager, but interrupted and took our food order….. aka (our food never came). She would take laps around the restaurant and She would avoid the table, and a drink order took 15 minutes to get to the table . It is NOT the first time this has happened at this location!!!!!! Yea Karen we are talking about you .
