Dc forgot my sauce that I PAID FOR
Miss Cindy was our cashier and what a breath of fresh air this lady was . She engaged with the teenagers ( They loved her) and was just one of the most pleasant souls i have met in a very long time . Thank You Miss Cindy for your kindness and just spreading your love . Burger King should know how fortunate they are to have you ! Thank you
Ordered double whopper no onions extra mayo.come out with onions and no mayo. Onion rings were so soggy I couldn't eat then.
There dinning room is never open during the morning and lunch, which in turn makes the drive thru a nightmare.
They're always friendly, and the food is very fresh every time I've gone to the Airport Road location.

Don't offer a specialty burger if you cannot cook it and get it out to somebody in a reasonable time.
Also don't pull people up if you're not going to bring their food out to them in the drive-thru.

I place an online order and went through the drive-thru, the lady that was on the speaker was very rude from the start and told me that they're not taking any online orders right now. I said then why did the app let me place an order. She proceeded to keep an attitude with Me. Even though the apps show that I place an order and that it took money out of my account. I asked for the manager and she stated she was the manager and also the GM. I will definitely not be visiting this location ever again. She also stated that they have nothing to do with the app and that they can't issue refunds.

There is not a single fast food restaurant in the Asheville area that has had so much trouble keeping their lobby open. The general manager of this location should not have a job.
Came here at 8:20 pm online it says they close at 12am and on their door they have a note that says they close at 10pm I pull up to the drive thru and I’m told they are closed I see a bunch of people in the back doing nothing and she’s outside being not very nice on the mic when telling me they are closed idk weird and stupid … rude people

If I could give this place less than one star as a rating, I would. I had an extremely miserable experience through the drive-thru tonight with one man and one woman there. When I tell you that I have never been treated so rudely by anyone in the service industry ever in my life, I mean that with everything that I am. I have never written a review quite like this before, but oh my do I have to tonight. Something truly needs to be done about this place and their horrendous employees. Thank you.
