Normally I would rate this place a 10 cause the service and food in the mornings is outstanding but in the afternoon it’s something else I guess. I left school to go to a doctors appointment and hadn’t eaten the whole day, having such a huge hunger I was craving some Burger King and went to get some after my appointment around 5:30 PM. My mom ordered 2 whoppers both with cheese and one with no onions. We get our food and we are very satisfied until we open the wrapper of the burger and see that my mom’s burger has NOTHING just a straight up cheese burger. If my mom wanted a cheese burger she would’ve said so. I open mine as-well and well they nailed the onion part but literally removed everything as-well. Me and my mom’s “whopper's”( if you would even call it that) both had almost NOTHING on them hers was just straight up cheese and patty and mine was just bacon, lettuce and cheese with a patty NO MAYO ON EITHER OR TOMATOES, KETCHUP AND NO PICKLES. They basically removed everything that makes a whopper A WHOPPER. They’ve done this before to my mom the last time she came in the afternoon. NEVER COMING BACK IN THE AFTERNOON AGAIN. Oh AND THE DINE IN IS ALWAYS CLOSED.

We arrived to find the lobby locked at about 5:00 p.m. and as we went through the drive-thru they didn't have the food ready then they had horrible attitudes and they asked us to pull up so we could get our pies we pulled up and waited about 10 minutes for that they came out of the lobby handed us our pies without a word spoken turned around and walked back in the store and left us sitting there and we got our food but it was cold by the time we got the pies So I don't know if I recommend this particular Burger King anymore I used to really enjoy it but it seems to have gone downhill So sorry but it doesn't get my greatest rating

This place is a freaking unicorn. I walked in and noticed all white customers. Then as I got to the counter, I noticed all white staff. The restaurant is super clean. The people are friendly and they provide great customer service. I knew right then in there, I was gonna get great food and the food is gonna be fresh and cleanly made. The thing that was missing was people that couldn’t speak English or people that hate waiting on white people. None of that found here. I got my food. My onion earrings were fresh and hot, my whopper …the cheese was actually melted and I not just simply laid on two seconds before they wrapped the burger up. Lettuce was fresh and the burger was clean, not greasy and professionally wrapped as opposed to just being thrown on paper as they do in other Burger King I found Especially across Florida. This store is 10 to 10.

Logan North

Store on Airport Rd, Arden, NC, states the store closes at Midnight. Myself and another person were ignored/denied service 45 minutes before closing time. There were two employees inside, one cleaning, and the other on their phone.

Ordered ahead on the mobile app, arrived to find the drive thru line wrapped completely around the store and blocking anyone from exiting the drive thru line, or entering from the street.
The store was locked closed, and I found one of the employees smoking on the sidewalk complaining that there were only three workers. (Of course, that meant there were only two, since one was hiding outside.)
I did not get my order, since I couldn't get in line or inside. At least BK has customer service in the app, unlike McD.
I do not recommend this location, and management should be ashamed and replaced.

Baby girl at the drive through had no personality. Drink was flat and when I tried to get another girl to help me she put her finger at me (good thing she ain't come to the window) anyways customer service TRASH!

Never really have a good experience here but Husband wanted to try the new SpongeBob meal that IS out and he asked for it at the speaker and their response was “it comes out tomorrow” as they are handing out a SpongeBob meal out the window. 👎🏼 also the workers are always rude.

The two girls up front need to get their attitudes in check. Joan the manager should hear how they speak to customers. The blonde girl with her hair in a ponytail and the girl with brown hair in two braids need to get it together. Neither had a name tag on. No one came to take orders for 10 minutes until Joan finally did. Then the 2 people who ordered after me got their food before I did. 10 minutes later. Maybe instead of asking “what’s her problem” and laughing at customers when they ask for their receipt and say they know what they’re doing to them. When your line is to the door the ones standing in the restaurant should have their orders taken.

Terrible customer service, they closed the inside of the restaurant with 4+ people working 5 minutes early for no reason, I just wanted to come in and get my doordash order that was probably ready because it was a burger and fries.. Of course they don’t give a shit now I have to waste even more time waiting in line with 3 cars in front of me, thanks burger king.

I had one item to pick up for doordash and their dining room was closed before eight. I had to wait in line fifteen minutes for a drink.When their dining room was supposed to be open!

My husband and I pulled in the parking lot at 9:45pm on a Tuesday night. We parked for a couple of minutes as I had just found out my grandfather was put in hospice. We got in line at the drive thru at 9:55pm and no one was there to help. At 10pm the drive thru screen went off. We drove up to the second window and a worker was ducking below the window trying to pretend they were closed. We found food at a competitor and as we drove back by we saw the line open and moving. I don’t know if this was supposed to be a prank or joke but for someone just needing a bite to eat after finding out horrible news, your location let us down. We have been loyal customers to this spot for 10 years and I will never eat here again.

Why does this place even have a lobby? The vehicle I drive for work is too tall to go through the drive thru. So this is the third time I try to enter and the lobby is locked. It’s 10am all I want is some breakfast.
