Ordered Lasagna which came with a side of Soup or salad and the meatball and ricotta starter. The meatballs were hot and tasty. The bread was fresh. So I ordered the soup as a side and it was good but came with a plastic spoon? I would have ate the meatballs first but I wasn’t given a napkin or flatware until I asked for it. Then came the lasagna with meat sauce. This is where the meal took a serious turn for the worse. There was no meat not in the sauce, not in the lasagna no where to be found. Since it is made in house each day it seemed sort of foolhardy to have another slice brought to me so they kindly replaced it with a serving of Chicken Parmesan. Or was chicken but slightly (I am being kind) overcooked as you can see. It has been a while since I have eaten at Carabba’s , it will likely be several more before I return. They comped the lasagna which I could not eat as well as the chicken parm but still not enough to make me want to return.

My husband and I ate here and the veal Marsala was excellent! On top of the amazing meal, the service from Sebastian was fantastic as well. At the end of our meal he helped us take a photo. Great experience and will be back.

Savannah was my server and did amazing! Very attentive to us throughout the meal. The manager Megan stopped by after we got our food to see how we liked it and she was very kind.

From walking into this location the hostess were very communicative with seating, we had a large party of 10, so typically it’s harder to be sat and served efficiently, however the host communicated the wait, seating location. When we were sat Sebastian over server was very quick, gave us time however didn’t waste none, beyond amazing server. We never had to worry about not having drinks, or anything else. LeeMichael was walking around the table constantly with a pitcher refilling everyone as well as checking to see if we could use anything additional. This has been an overall amazing experience at this location and I would recommend.

Hannah was the hostess and was so nice. Our server Jake did a great job, was friendly and efficient. The food was yummy! Looking forward to our next visit.
Our server was awesome. Such a good attentive person. The food was great. It was my second time trying Carraba's and it was better than the first time.

I arrived at 1:49 PM on 4/5/25. I was immediately greeted and seated. That was the only thing that went well. It took approximately 5 minutes before my server, Alison, took my drink order. I told her that I was also ready to order. I got a diet coke and lasagna. I also selected a salad. She walked away and started talking to another server on the floor and fixing her braids. She then kept walking past me collecting things off tables. About 5 mins after taking my order, another server finally brought my drink and bread. I was going to speak with the manager. However, she was too busy laughing and joking with the other servers. The bread was barely warm and dried out. My lasagna came out and was dried out like it had been microwaved. The only thing that didn't take a long time was dropping my check. This is not the experience I've come to expect from this company.

stopped in after really long day and had my favorite meal the chicken bryan! it was delicious, everything was consistent throughout. from the food, to the service and the management, i had not one issue. spoke to Zach the manager, his attitude was the cherry on top! friendly and welcoming! clean restaurant and nice environment all around. 10/10!!!!!!
