Stopped here to eat before dropping my daughter off at the airport. Our chicken sandwiches were cold, our sodas tasted bad and we didn’t ask for combos but that is what I was charged for and received. The only thing that was good were the fries we didn’t order but wound up paying for. I will not go to this Chic-fil-A again.

First negative experience at Chic Fil A!! Received the wrong food including missing partial of a meal through drive thru. We didn't realize this until we arrived home. We returned to Chic Fil A to only be disappointed again. The cashier was rude and useless, while they replaced our food- it wasn't fresh and the sandwiches were very rushed- there was nothing Hot about the "Hot Pepper Pimento Cheese" Chicken sandwich was falling apart, the pimento cheese was cold.
We asked for some type of compensation, given they made the mistake on the order and we had to drive 30 mins roundtrip to actually receive the correct order and was denied the request. Usually when a restaurant makes a mistake, they are at least apologetic, and will attempt to offer something due to the inconvenience. However, this location refused to do so.
We are not planning on returning to this location any time soon.
