My mom and I came here for dinner on August 27th, 2025 at 6:00pm. Our server was Danica. We were quickly greeted at the front door and sat however, Danica did not acknowledge us for 15 minutes while she talked to the table next to ours about high school. When she eventually came over said “Sorry. Are you ready to order drinks?”, barely even acknowledging the fact we waited a good bit. Then, she brought out our food and drinks. She did not check on our table until we were completely done to tell us to have a good night. Very disappointed. I normally have good interactions at this Chilis but this definitely makes me not want to come back for a minute.

I had such a great experience at Chili’s thanks to Melvin! From the start, he was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome. What really stood out was his recommendation CHIPOTLE BOWL! He knew the menu inside and out and suggested a dish I might not have chosen on my own. It ended up being perfect, delicious and exactly what I was in the mood for.
If you’re at Chili’s, definitely ask for Melvin, he’ll take great care of you!

I just have to say Garret is FANTASTIC! We got him as our server and he is one of the best servers I have experienced. There are plenty of servers who are good at what they do, but when you come across a true professional, it stands out. I wish I could recruit him to work for one for the restaurants in the resort I work for. He’d be amazing in a higher-end environment! I’ll be requesting his section from now on!

We were traveling and made this our stop for a late... LATE dinner around 9pm. We ordered the smash burger which was excellent and the mushroom Swiss burger which was delicious as well. They give you a ton of fries. Our waitress was attentive and super friendly and it was a great visit.

I just had the 3 for me and I had their new cheeseburger I got it with fries and chips/salsa And I can 100% tell you that was one of the best cheeseburgers Ive ever had, meat was seasoned and moist, 2 pieces of cheese on a buttery toasted bun, totally awesome!!!! And all of that for 10.99 I couldnt even touch the chips I was so full. Great job!
