We enjoyed our experience here! The service was fast and friendly. The food came out hot and was delicious. We loved the mozzarella sticks. Had a great cheese pull! There was plenty of seating available and the place was clean. We'll definitely come back!

It's fastfood with a bit more care,reasonably priced for decent food, the pay at your table device is kinda cool,but I selfishly want some acknowledgement for the tip especially when the service warrants a good one.

STAY AWAY, my family and I went there for lunch on January 5,2026 and walked away with Salmonella or some other type of food poisoning. I ordered the chicken wings, asparagus and the mushrooms, one of those cleaned me out for two days, enough to where I am sore. The asparagus was not cooked properly and the tops were crunchy. The mushrooms tasted like they were right out of a can and the chicken wings were over cooked to where it was fried almost all the way through. The second thing was the food was way over priced for what we got. For three people, the bill was over $70.00 for crap. When my wife found a hair in her drink glass we should have gotten up then and left, it only got worse from there. Don’t go here unless you want to get sick, health department should be called on this place and maybe I will make that call. Save yourself, don’t eat at this Chili’s here in Fletcher.

Legit just lazy cooks. Terrible presentation. Everything was dry and cold. The fries were redrops. The drink was unsweetened tea instead of Arnold Palmer. Just an all around bad experience wont be going back. 20 dollars for a burger and they skimp me out and just slap ot together with old bacon. Threw it in the box fries covering the top bun. Didn't even think there was one in there. But hey cook. If thats how you want to cook a burger I paid 20 dollaes for quit and go work at McDonald's. You dont belong in a semi real restaurant.

We usually get the same waiter every visit. He is fantastic! He’s a guy with short brown hair and he’s slim, super fantastic guy! The food is always delicious, the restaurant is clean. We love our Arden chilis!
My family and I have decided that we will no longer eat at this location again. The last couple of times the food has been horrible. The ribs were too tough to eat. The quesadilla tasted disgusting. The fries were not cooked all the way. The chicken tenders were overcooked and so dry. I’m honestly surprised this location has made it this long after covid bc it has not been the same. Our server was great and we didn’t mention how much we hated the food bc we knew we would not be back to this location again.

Our server was friendly, expedient and checked on us frequently. It's definitely a large-party and family restaurant; lots of families with babies. No one complained about the service or food or length of time getting food out. A well-run establishment.
