I follow a carnivore diet and ordered a surf and turf with ribeye and prawns. I asked that the food only be seasoned with with salt and pepper and no other seasonings and for the sides to be placed on a separate for to go. When the food arrived I had shrimp Seasoned with spices and all sides in the same plate. I asked the server about it and she told me the shrimp was pre Seasoned. I can appreciate that but thats the type of information you give to the customer before you just go ahead and serve it to them. Give the customer a chance to decline. I ended up eating only the steak and proceeded to order another ribeye on it's own asking for a medium rare cook. The steak took a long time to arrive and when it did arrive it was cold, overcooked and dry. As I was hungry I ate the steak as is just so I could get out of there. Definitely will not be returning!!

I attempted to sit at an open bar seat—only one other guest was present. I was immediately told, “Come on buddy, there’s other people’s things here,” with a dismissive tone. I looked around confused until I realized he was pointing to restraint tools being cleaned, not guest belongings. The bar was mostly empty, and the items were clearly not in use.
To avoid further conflict, I simply said, “It’s okay, I’ll just leave.”
This interaction was unnecessarily confrontational. The tone and lack of clarity created discomfort rather than hospitality. Clear signage or a more courteous explanation would have avoided the issue entirely.

I'm not sure what happened tonight. The manager on duty was really nice and took my meal off since it was wrong not only once, but two times. She also gave a free dessert and had my burgers made again to go. Brandon didn't refill drinks until I complained and we were already done eating. We will not be returning.
Got a ribeye med. Rare. It was very tough knife would cut it. And was well done Tasted bad waitress didn't seem to care.

The $10.99 lunch combo with a $4 molten lava cake can't be beat! I had the smash burger and fries 😋 our server was also great! Ooh and they have all kinds of drink specials.

OMG, worst meal of my life. WHAT HAPPENED TO CHILES?? What happened to Fiesta Lime Chicken, their one GREAT dish? Got the Nashville hot mozzarella stix, some chix bowl, n their cookie a la mode. All were terrible, even the cookie. McDonald’s chic chip cookies put theirs to SHAME. Little 2 oz scoop of ice cream for this big, COLD cookie. The mozzarella stix weren’t sticks they were huge and rectangular. And I think like $15 or something. This is why we’re an obese nation. But the flavor wasn’t anything to write home about either, nothing remarkable about them. Average. Then the chix bowl was as boring as it comes, iceberg lettuce w old pico de gallo. Chicken was tough n overcooked. Spent $40! Was so mad. I will never ever eat there again n if you don’t want to be disappointed , don’t take your family here.

Love this Chillis! My family and I come here all the time. Food is incredible and so are the prices. My drinks are always strong enough to tune out my kids and the servers are super sweet Jen’s my favorite. This is my go to spot to sit down and eat.

Have not been to a Chili's in over 15 years and was pleasantly surprised! Our server was excellent! My partner and I split the Triple Fajitas, which were full of flavor. However, we asked for no peppers (green or red) and got both. The Chocolate Chip Cookie in a Skillet with Vanilla Ice Cream hit the spot for dessert. We will definitely be back!
