Google says they close at 10pm, the door says they close at 9pm. I showed up at 8:30 and it was already closed… Waste of time.

Despite regularly being disappointed by Cinnabon I keep coming back. When you get a fresh one, its worth it. Unfortunately the one I got today was not fresh, it was rather dry. 2/5Service was ok. I did not have much interaction with them as its a grab and go location. You just order and pay then they give it to you. 4/5Ambiance: The shop is conveniently located in the airport. Its right next to security after you finish with TSA. 4/5I would not go to this location again.

This is a MUST stop anytime I'm in the area. Food is always top notch and staff is friendly and professional. I have been eating here at least once a week for the past year and I have never had bad meal or experience. Thanks for allways taking care of us.

This restaurant is about 95% Schlotzky's and 5% Cinnabon. Their Cinnabon menu is extremely limited. An employee told me they used to have a lot more Cinnabon products, but they didn't sell very well. I didn't actually order anything as the Cinnabon item I wanted (churro swirl) wasn't there, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt with 5 stars.

This is poorly run. A disgrace really to Cinnabon. Most people would like these in the morning. Doesn’t open until noon. 2 times I waited for them to open the Cinnabon’s were well done to the point of almost burnt. The franchise could do themselves a big favor n get someone to manage that knows how to properly serve the public.

The manager was a female with dark skin and hair up in a tight little bun in the back. Has the worst attitude ever. Had no gloves on. I asked why she wasn’t wearing gloves and she got an attitude and shut the window on me. There was one car in front of me and I waited over 10 minutes in the drive-through. Didn’t even initially apologize for the wait either. Hands me with no gloves a fork napkin and box. No bag! Yeah I will never, ever come back. Managers like that is why you lose business. You have lost me as a customer! I got my order at 5:25 PM on April 10. It shows on my receipt Eleaza.

This is the second time I have tried to get dinner from this location and the last. No one was at the counter both times. This time, I looked back and there was one lone girl in the back of the kitchen hunched over her cell phone. We walked out unnoticed. We were really looking forward to it.. what a bummer. Last time that I will attempt this location and I dont have another near me?
