Can't get a spoon to stir your coffee? Says the help throws spoons in trash? Back ground music too loud for hearing aids.

We did not eat bc i went in to purchase salt and pepper shakers. I usually buy about 12 plus pairs. I was disappointed bc there were lots of new ones but no pairs! I did get 5 pairs this time. I also felt like the atmosphere was much more calmer than when the battle over the logo was going on lol!

Do not eat from this nasty unprofessional. Poorly managed restaurant would not even feed this food to my dog until they pull their act together. And start acting like adults and learn how to run a business and stop ripping everybody off for poor service!!!!!!

We've been Cracker Barrel patrons for decades. Even visited their HQ in Lebanon TN. But over the years the food has been compromised. Hash Brown Casserole in particular isn't what it was when first offered. Kind of bland. Also recently I ordered a peach Cobbler. YUK! It was like canned peaches warmed over with a couple vanilla wafers thrown in. Not from the Cracker Barrel we used to know. Other items like fried chicken and country fried steak are still pretty good, as is the service.

Despite staff shortage, the wait to sit was brief. Our server, though overwhelmed, was very attentive. Good tasty food at appropriate temperature. Pleasant experience.

This is not a Cracker Barrel we normally frequent, it was very busy and there weren't many waiters/waitresses. Our food came before our silverware. The staff was very friendly.

Worst Cracker Barrel I've been to. Food tasted like it was left over from days before. Wait staff would inform us multiple items we ordered they was out of which I understand but they waited till the food was coming out to tell us.

No longer allow overnight parking for RVs. They got a lot of business from us. We'll see if it's the same on the next one
