So first off the food was good. It is a letdown when its a cold, blustery day and your family decides oh Cracker Barrel sounds great. We place a $32 order online and pay for it. 1:29 pickup time. We arrive at 1:30 and food is ready. I check the ticket and its mine and everything marked through and signed off by employee checking orders. I drive 25 minutes home and when the bag is opened to my disappointment my chow chow, onion, and cornbread not in the bag. Now what is pintos...

We only had to wait 10 mins for a table but once we ordered it took 50 minutes for the food to come out. Food was good but something was going on in the kitchen that had everybody waiting a really long time.
