Nice warm place to come after the snow storm. Jonathan took our order, he's very funny and friendly. Georgia in the dining area is very attentive and will do anything you need. The staff looks to enjoy being here. We felt very welcomed.

I just waited 30 mins in the drive thru for one strawberry milkshake, for them to bring me out 2 different things two different times, and I brought back in the second after I tried it and it was wrong just to watch them bring the one I tried when I’m SICK to the lady behind me … be so for real To the girl who took the time to make me my actual drink thank you, and to the one who brought someone else food that’s been brought back do better.

Our 1 order was remade three separate times and all times were wrong. It’s honestly laughable. The third time the manager put my name on a list to have it remade one more time at no cost. That was also wrong. They forgot 2 items. Just won’t be back. The locations in the Raleigh/Durham area never disappointed. This location needs help.

Waited for curbside order for almost 20 minutes. Multiple people who arrived after me recieved their food before ours, we didn’t even have a large order. Had to go in and ask for it and it was just sitting on the counter. Food was cold.

For the first time we word disappointed with the food that Carvers served us us today we ordered hamburgers and fries and onion rings when we got our order my burger did not have all the toppings that I ordered the hamburgers were cold french fries and onion rings barely warm this is the first time that we have been served food like this at Carver's we always have pick Carvers in the past because the food was vary good I don't know what the problem was today but the food was not the quality that they have served us in the past we plan another trip to Carvers maybe what happened today will not happen again at least my husband and I are hoping it won't we will not try a third time

Cold food, we asked for hot fries and got another 2 orders of cold fries. Burgers were lukewarm at best & missing ingredients. Quality has really gone downhill at this location. Sad because we live close by but we will take our business elsewhere!

We had a horrible experience at this Culver's. We had made a mistake and put a mobile order at the wrong Culver's but they didn't clarify that until after we waited for 30 minutes. Then after getting a new order in we were told they would bring it out to curbside pick up in 10 min. We waited in the car for 20 min and went inside again to check, and we were told the person for our mobile order went on break. So then it took another 10 minutes to get us our food and the manager wouldn't even come and talk to us about the very poor experience. An hour wasted.

I love visiting Culvers. I've visited close to 40 different Culvers in different states. This week I find myself in Asheville. Visited this store and was disappointed. To begin the burger was very poorly put together, the bacon was crispier and drier than the california fires, and the cheese curds were darker than P Diddy's soul. Overcooked! Overall very disappointed.
