We had a horrible experience at this Culver's. We had made a mistake and put a mobile order at the wrong Culver's but they didn't clarify that until after we waited for 30 minutes. Then after getting a new order in we were told they would bring it out to curbside pick up in 10 min. We waited in the car for 20 min and went inside again to check, and we were told the person for our mobile order went on break. So then it took another 10 minutes to get us our food and the manager wouldn't even come and talk to us about the very poor experience. An hour wasted.

I love visiting Culvers. I've visited close to 40 different Culvers in different states. This week I find myself in Asheville. Visited this store and was disappointed. To begin the burger was very poorly put together, the bacon was crispier and drier than the california fires, and the cheese curds were darker than P Diddy's soul. Overcooked! Overall very disappointed.

My husband and I just left this place. We’ve ate here numerous times but today will be the last. An employee is in there delivering food to tables and taking orders after coming out of the bathroom with 1 nostril plugged with a paper towel from their bathroom. I’m not sure who finds this appetizing but numerous customers in the dining room saw it and spoke about it also! Hygiene is a major factor for me and this was just unappealing all the way around.
Updated: I submitted a request via website as requested and have heard nothing from them to follow up on this!

Changed previous 5 star to 1 star. This place is just horrible now. It used to be the best fast food to eat but it appears it has changed ownership and is no longer owned by the original awesome owners. The past 5 times i have went the food has been just okay and several of the times they missed items. The main problem now is the service is just atrocious. They don't do their jobs correctly and then when you ask for it to be fixed they act like you are inconveniencing them something horrible. I'm not going to mention every problem as it would be a long review but tonight was the final bad experience. I looked at their website and see they are supposed to be open till 10pm tonight so I drive over and get there right around 9:23pm. For the first few minutes nobody will answer the speaker but finally someone comes to take the one person in front of me's order. The people in front of me took a while as well so I pull up to the speaker at 9:29pm only for a robot to come over the speaker and tell me they are closed. I wasted 30 minutes of my time to drive there and sit as well as the wasted gas all for them to see me waiting in plenty of time but still refuse to give service even though the website says 10pm? That is garbage customer service! I have eating here 100s of times as it really was the only fast food I could stand so I would eat here at least 4 times a month but I won't be back after this experience. I'm also going to look to see if I can find my previous receipts from the last month so I can now feel out the surveys without feeling bad. Let corporate know how far this place has fallen.

Also twice recently my food has been ice cold, to the point where my cheese wasn't even melted on my burger. Also whoever is playing music in the kitchen area, I'm game on ALL DAY for the unedited version of Cardio B W.A.P. However someones "meemaw" may not be. True events heard clearly from the dining room.

First time trying Culver’s, we ordered in the drive thru and my fiancé ordered the shrimp, but the girl taking our order seemed confused and asked him to repeat himself at least 3 times(he was very nice) but then she YELLED back and said “We don’t have that!!!” Then we heard her over the mic talking with a coworker who told her that they do have what we ordered. Maybe she was new, but it was very very rude, and we probably won’t be going back.
