Based on the spicy chicken sandwich I had today I can't in good conscience do 4⭐. I took Mom there for mother's day. She had the grilled chicken sandwich made with a 100% chicken breast and she loved it. I on the other hand was really disappointed with my spicy (Pressed Chicken) sandwich. There was as much breading as there was chicken. Hardly worth $7. ? Next time it's grilled or nothing.

If I gave a star for every minute I had to wait for my food the total would be 40+ stars. If I gave a star for my order then that would be 2 stars. My fiancé and I ordered back to back. I got my food after about 25ish minutes. My fiancé on the other hand waited another 15 plus minutes to get her food. She had to ask for it. When she did she got her food quickly. But nothing was said about the wait. When we got back we realized we got the wrong order. I ordered a mushroom and Swiss and got some random burger. But don’t worry, the wrong burger was cold and nasty.In conclusion 40+ minute wait. Wrong order. Nasty food.

Espresso shake was unexpected, cod fish sandwich was awesome, gluten free bums for my wife were great.New guy at register in training so that was a little slow, but no one starts off like an expert...thay forgot my shake so I had to get it, but no big deal. Fries are tasty seasoned with black pepper.I'd go back.

We ordered from the table. Well we had loud teenagers that decided to sit near us. It was hard to carry on a conversation with my Husband. Then it took a while for our food to come out. When we got it, I was missing my sandwich. Asked a worker and they went to fix it, but brought me the wrong sandwich. My Husband went to fix it and said it was not busy but, most of them were standing around talking and one was filling up things. A line started forming and I wondered what was taking so long. Ge told me when the ownercis there they never do that. I told him I know. Young staff needs to be more attentive and working not standing around talking to each other. Our girls worked at a fast food place and stayed alert and attentive to customers needs.

We usually love Culvers, but they've become inconsistent. A burger will be good one visit, but not the next. I ordered a sourdough burger on my last visit. The first half was hot and tasty. As you can see the last half was disappointing. On the other hand, my wife's fish sandwich was perfect.

Visited for lunch 4/12/24. After excessive wait for my meal, when it arrived it was basically inedible. Butter burger was way overcooked, however it was cold as the cheese was not melted. Onion rings were so badly burnt they were thrown out. Worst meal I have ever eaten at Culver’s.
