The manager here is very rude! I ordered a small Sunday and was asking for no cherry or nuts please she cut me off and said it doesn’t come with it, harshly. Then only one side got fudge, I went back up and asked for more like in the picture and she said I’ll have to charge you more, manager steps in and said she gave you one full pump it’s supposed to go all the way around, I said it didn’t. The manager exploded and said give him more fudge I’m not going to argue with him!!!

My husband got a cookie dough blast and as it was handed to him there was a long hair sticking out of the top of the blast. When he asked them to remake it the girl at the window had a attitude, he then decided that he didn’t want the blast anymore and when he asked for a refund she yelled at the young man behind her to just put the new blast that he was making in the freezer. And was very upset about giving our money back.

I placed a doordash order from this location at 8pm on a Tuesday and it was canceled with no reason given. If you are not going to honor the orders you receive...maybe you should turn off doordash? Just a thought

Went through drove through. Really slow, just got an ice cream. It was yummy. D Q needs to take lessons from Chix fil a.

Go to order….lady was rude first of all I asked for two cups of kids ice cream with sprinkles and a couple sundaes. She reads me my order back and said 5 sundaes I said we got to kids cups of ice cream and then sundaes she says NO they are all sundaes I said OK that’s fine. We order a cup of water she said it’s not free….once again didn’t ask for anything free. Go place an order to go the girl with the green hair was rude said I will get your order in a minute….ok once again didn’t think I wouldn’t have to wait. I know customer service jobs are hard BUT for god sakes if you hate your job that bad find another one it’s only a job!! No need to be rude!!!

Green hair girl is mean as hell

I had ordered a twist dipped cone and was given a chocolate cone, when i pointed this out the green hair girl started stomping around and getting really upset. When they remade it they still didn’t get my order correct and the blonde girl was incredibly rude handing me the cone. Worst staff I’ve ever encountered

Very rude staff. Made order wrong and then got angry when we politely asked to fix it. And then didn't even make it right the second time. The blonde girl was especially rude about having to remake the order she made wrong.
