Go to order….lady was rude first of all I asked for two cups of kids ice cream with sprinkles and a couple sundaes. She reads me my order back and said 5 sundaes I said we got to kids cups of ice cream and then sundaes she says NO they are all sundaes I said OK that’s fine. We order a cup of water she said it’s not free….once again didn’t ask for anything free. Go place an order to go the girl with the green hair was rude said I will get your order in a minute….ok once again didn’t think I wouldn’t have to wait. I know customer service jobs are hard BUT for god sakes if you hate your job that bad find another one it’s only a job!! No need to be rude!!!

Green hair girl is mean as hell

I had ordered a twist dipped cone and was given a chocolate cone, when i pointed this out the green hair girl started stomping around and getting really upset. When they remade it they still didn’t get my order correct and the blonde girl was incredibly rude handing me the cone. Worst staff I’ve ever encountered

Very rude staff. Made order wrong and then got angry when we politely asked to fix it. And then didn't even make it right the second time. The blonde girl was especially rude about having to remake the order she made wrong.

Waited 15+ minutes just to order. Other people waited 15+ just to get their order and worker went over to someone to ask what they ordered and they told him they ordered a chocolate ice cream with hot fudge and he said he called it when he called a vanilla hot fudge and they told him they didn't order that and he said they did then proceeded to remake it wrong. They also messed up my order forgot to add something I added and got charged to add and when they went to fix it the manager asked the worker if we already ate out of it and I said no we just got it and she looked at us and asked again and I said no we just got it and she gave me a look. The whole service was slow, the workers were unprofessional, as someone who has worked fast food it was all poorly taken care of and I even watched someone take food back from a customer and reshelf it and then rebag it and I know for a fact you cannot take food back.

They gave me a come with chocolate drip with no ice cream . Gave me an extra drink that they already gave out . Then everything was touched inside the they put back thru the window . And that’s a Sanitation violation

Hire some people who want to work. Didn’t want to wait an hour for ice cream. I’m sure it was great.

The food was great only issue was the amount of time to receive the order. Maybe there were staff on break after lunch rush. Food was freshly prepared and served hot.
