Dj and Alex were very friendly, courteous, and professional. I didn't catch the other guys name but he was great too! Food was awesome and customer service was greater!

I told them I was going to leave a review.
Much love. -Red bearded guy.

Do not come here. Way too expensive, greasy sandwiches, overall not good quality. Paid $17 for a small sandwich with one topping and a small drink.

This is the best Firehouse Subs, if not the best sandwich shoppe in WNC. Super attentive and friendly staff, excellent customer service and order accuracy. And possibly the most professional manager around. I was a corporate Food and Beverage director for 15 years and it takes a lot to impress me. Other restaurants in the area should take notes from this establishment. Thanks again.

Awful steak and cheese sub. Gentlemen was nice and attentive but my sandwich taste like it only had mayonnaise. Ugh! Will not be back!!

Stopped by my favorite sub place today. Got a Steak & Cheese sub, with no provolone, no bell peppers, no mustard or mayo. Great crew. Came home and found out my sub accidentally had cheese on it, called and they had my re-make ready to go. Not complaining to corporate at all, definitely no need. Some places will be combatant against you, not this place. This is a great bunch of people and we are all human. Def will be back many more times after this. They deserve to enjoy their environment, be paid accordingly and do a great work. I adore these folks. Five Stars always for this Firehouse location.

Awful service. I showed up to pick up a sandwich on the way to the airport. I figured I had plenty of time as I arrived 1:45 before flight time. After 30 minutes of waiting still no sandwich. They said they were backed up. I finally left…made my flight but paid for a sandwich plus 10 percent tip that I did not get. Service is slower than a sit down restaurant. Terrible!

I absolutely love the meatball sub! However, I will say, I know why the Chicken Parm meatball sub is getting discontinued. It's a bit misleading, as I am expecting a Chicken Parm Sub, and instead I guess I got chicken meatballs, which I never even knew existed!

I got the engineer and it says "sautéed musrooms" I was expecting fresh sautéed mushrooms but they are definitely just heated up from a can. There is no way these mushrooms are fresh. I got home and threw away the layer of canned mushrooms and sautéed my own fresh mushrooms to go on top. Much better.

Our food was great as usual! I do want to brag on the service Landon gave us! He was a very respectful and helpful young man.
