Awful service. I showed up to pick up a sandwich on the way to the airport. I figured I had plenty of time as I arrived 1:45 before flight time. After 30 minutes of waiting still no sandwich. They said they were backed up. I finally left…made my flight but paid for a sandwich plus 10 percent tip that I did not get. Service is slower than a sit down restaurant. Terrible!

I absolutely love the meatball sub! However, I will say, I know why the Chicken Parm meatball sub is getting discontinued. It's a bit misleading, as I am expecting a Chicken Parm Sub, and instead I guess I got chicken meatballs, which I never even knew existed!

I got the engineer and it says "sautéed musrooms" I was expecting fresh sautéed mushrooms but they are definitely just heated up from a can. There is no way these mushrooms are fresh. I got home and threw away the layer of canned mushrooms and sautéed my own fresh mushrooms to go on top. Much better.

Our food was great as usual! I do want to brag on the service Landon gave us! He was a very respectful and helpful young man.

Sandwich was watered down. The cut was off center. And hugely messy. I go to the firehouse once a year, and I need to stop. Every time I am disappointed. I'll go to jersey Mike's. I can get a bigger sandwich for the same price.

It's been many years since I ate at Firehouse. And technically it still has because I tossed the sandwich in the trash. I ordered on the app and picked it up and didnt open it until I was back at work. I thought I was getting a Philly Cheesesteak sub but whatever "meat" was on there didn't look very appetizing. The food has definitely degraded since I last ate there. It also smelled like an ash tray. Guess I got what I paid for with a fast food sandwich place.

I am partial to this chain in general and have to say that this location did not disappoint. The King’s Hawaiian is back! Come enjoy this pork & slaw classic with your favorite Coke 360 soft beverage! Dining area was clean. Restrooms are single stall and very clean. Plenty of free parking. Staff were friendly & helpful.
Wheelchair accessibility: All one level. Single stall restrooms are spacious.
