This is the best Firehouse Subs, if not the best sandwich shoppe in WNC. Super attentive and friendly staff, excellent customer service and order accuracy. And possibly the most professional manager around. I was a corporate Food and Beverage director for 15 years and it takes a lot to impress me. Other restaurants in the area should take notes from this establishment. Thanks again.

Stopped by my favorite sub place today. Got a Steak & Cheese sub, with no provolone, no bell peppers, no mustard or mayo. Great crew. Came home and found out my sub accidentally had cheese on it, called and they had my re-make ready to go. Not complaining to corporate at all, definitely no need. Some places will be combatant against you, not this place. This is a great bunch of people and we are all human. Def will be back many more times after this. They deserve to enjoy...
