Absolutely terrible experience. Walk in for a sandwich, 5 people working, and 45 minute wait for 2 sandwiches? I watched numerous people in front of me request refunds to no avail otherwise I would have waited even longer.

I understand being shortstaffed but this was not the case today. The manager looked like a deer in headlights and continued to blame the staff for his lack of awareness and leadership. Will never be back here.

I love there brisket sub. It's great. This last visit i had here i was the only customer in the place and there was 4 employees behind the counter but for some reason that was left a mystery to me it took over 15 minutes for those 4 employees to throw that sliced meat on some bread and squirt sauce on it. Food was still good though. Thankfully i wasn't in a hurry.

I had to take out spicy Cajun chicken sub! It was delivered promptly and tasted absolutely delicious. The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was perfect.

Wow got my order totally wrong! Left items off of it and didn’t add what I wanted! What is the point in ordering something how you want it if they are going to totally do it their way instead!!! And will not answer the phone!!!! Can’t eat what I got which is a waste of 30 bucks!!! Never again!!! Start paying attention what the customer orders!!!
