Food was great. I had a meatball sub. Bella the manager was so friendly and nice. I will return again and the price was good for the quality of the food.

Amazing sandwiches.

Walked in and the horrible customer service we received is ridiculous. The black guy screaming when u first open the door that you might want to leave cause there is a 30 min wait.. I turned to my husband and said would you like to go to another place he said no but before he even said that the little white girl yelled yes... sitting here now waiting on our food and they have scared off 5 other custers with the same type of greeting and rude attitudes... corporate needs to make a surprise inspection asap I can not give names because noone is wearing name tags. I don't see a manager anywhere... spend 40 dollars here to get rude people that don't want to do there job

Food was very mid and the workers were obnoxious. The boy at the register needs to learn some manners. Don’t shout out the wrong name and sound like you’re calling an animal to you. Employees worked incredibly slow and idly talked to each other. That boy sounded incredibly slow and disinterested. Must have been high or something. Skip going here and just get a sub at Ingles. Management must be garbage for this level of service.

I initially made a door dash order for a sub, a bowl of loaded potato soup, and a coke. What I received was a cup of literally just potatoes and a Diet Coke. I called the manager and she told me that she’d write my name down and that I can come in at another time for them to remake the order. I went in today to get the soup remade and for my drink and yet again… I got a cup of mashed potatoes with absolutely no bacon. If I hadn’t already had a cup of their loaded potato soup in the past then I would've been left guessing if that’s how it’s supposed to be made or not. I am now far too impatient to ask them to remake it or refund me yet another time so I’m leaving a review now. I rarely make a fuss about food but due to firehouse being on the pricier side of sub places, I’m honestly disappointed. This shouldn’t have happened two times in a row a few days apart.
