Wow got my order totally wrong! Left items off of it and didn’t add what I wanted! What is the point in ordering something how you want it if they are going to totally do it their way instead!!! And will not answer the phone!!!! Can’t eat what I got which is a waste of 30 bucks!!! Never again!!! Start paying attention what the customer orders!!!

3rd seperate time I've tried to order online, it's just an endless cycle of nonsense. You're losing business to a nonworking online website

Only three people in the place. Was not acknowledged for five minutes, then without looking up told me it would be a while for my online order.

Spent about 45 minutes trying to place an online order from three different platforms and it failed every time.Ended up calling and the automated system worked great, but if you’re going to offer online ordering, make it work.

I will never be back to this location. Waited 30 min for a sandwich. No one was in the store. The guy taking the order was rude and a jerk. I’m surprised if this place stays in

I ordered a pick up instead of door dash so that I could add things to it and again although at a separate location they do not add the stuff although it's even on the ticket..this is the one place I never had to check but I know better now..IF I go back. I do understand mistakes but if there's 5 items to add and only 1 is added that leads me to believe you read it an purposefully didn't make it how it said.

My mom and I stopped in to grab a quick dinner. We walked in around 8:30 to place our order. The lady at the register did not greet us and was very dry, and not polite. After we got our food which was cold and thrown together, we sat down to eat quickly before driving home. The other lady working rolled her eyes and shook her head that we had sat down. She then grabbed the vacuum cleaner and started vacuuming the whole restaurant while we were eating forcing us to sit in silence. Running into our chairs and our feet looking at us the whole time she did it. At 8:58 the lady stopped vacuuming and looked at us and said, "y'all have two minutes and then you have to leave or I'm calling the cops." She said the dining room closes at 8:30 and the doors are locked at 9. Nowhere was it posted that the dining room closes, nor were we told when we ordered. The open sign was even still on. We were not spoken to nicely or with respect but yet threatened to have the cops called on us if we did not leave the building at 9:00 on the dot without finishing our sandwiches. We will NEVER be back to this location. This is unacceptable behavior for any establishment and to have employees like this is just a disgrace to firehouse. Those lady's will cause more guests to never return if this is how they continue to treat their customers. Would give zero stars if it would allow.

THE WORST....31 MINUTES FOR A SANDWICH AND ITS NOT EVEN BUSY IN HERE. 100% unacceptable. The 3 retards behind the counter are doing nothing but wasting oxygen. ZERO sense of urgency. The employees move like pregnant Yaks. I was under the impression that Firehouse uses Boars Head meats. They DO NOT. My first and last time to a Firehouse sub. I don't ever write reviews but that's how bad this place is. I'veeven taken into considerationthat these people are imbred and intellectually challenged. Sending my experience to corporate.

Tried to order online three times and it just would not allow me to build a sub. I had to choose a turkey sub made the way they wanted. I tried to call and order but phone went to a blank message and hung up. I took what was available with the online app and still could not make it a combo. When I picked my order up. No chips were in bag and when I had added them. The girl behind register had no concerns about my problems and did not want to be bothered. She blamed the app troubles on corporate and said it happens all the time. The said corporate told them not to answer their phones to take orders as well. We will no longer visit Firehouse subs after bad experiences at Weaverville location as well. This place has hit rock bottom since going there ten years ago. Bon appétit.

I've been going to this location almost weekly for a very long time. Usually with a couple of friends. In my opinion, when Shea is not there the service is not very good.I went there today around 11:15. The woman who waited on me seemed very confused when I ordered a turkey club. She argued about what it has on it. When I started reading the description from the menu on the wall behind her, she became even more argumentative. I left and went across the street to their competitor.I know there is a staffing shortage but if this woman's poor excuse for customer service is the best that they can do, they should lock the door and call it quits. You can't stay in business by arguing with customers about what they do and do not want on their sandwich. Going forward, if I walk in the door and Shea's not there, I'll go elsewhere.

My daughter wanted Firehouse subs, and I relented. I don't personally think it is worth the money. I prefer one of their competitors.
