If you like cold fries, this is the place for you. Chicken was alright but the sauces are pretty generic and expensive. They give you enough for half your food and charge an arm and a leg for something other restaurants give away for free. NOT COOL MAGOO!

The 1st time was amazing! Chicken was cooked great, fries seasoned well bread toasted and buttered. Every visit since has declined. Last night we actually threw away alot of our plate. The Chicken was fatty. Both grilled and breaded. The fries were soggy and not seasoned. The bread just had a small amount of butter and was also soggy. For the price and sitting in a long line for a long time I wasn't impressed.

I like this as a better chicken option than Chic Fillet. Being a fan of Nashville style Hot Chicken (and a BIG fan of Rocky's Hot Chicken), I was impressed with the sandwich I got that had just the right amount of heat- just what I ordered. I rarely eat fast food, but this was a better option than most.

Hey, there magoos is my TO GO TO. Best chicken in town but when I Went to Magoos today with my partner and had an unfortunate incident. Magoos Salad with walnuts, raisins, spring mix, and chicken. Unfortunately, I bit into a rock hidden in the salad and chipped my molar. To make matters worse, the pain is persistent. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, the District Manager did not seem concerned and only offered to refund my meal. Moreover, the workers laughed as they discarded the rock, which was the evidence of the incident. This response was disappointing and unprofessional, leaving me with a bad taste in my mouth - both literally and figuratively. ( unfortunately I do not have Any footage on what happen today , only the restaurant )
Guy working at the drive thru chased my car because he forgot to give me my coleslaw. Never seen such dedication from a fast food worker. Food was also really good.

I waited 30 minutes in the drive through for 5 super tiny little breaded tenders, generic fries, decent slaw, and bread that was the best part of the meal. The drive through system seemed very inefficient. The two people I interacted with were very nice. I won’t go there again though.

I've had the buffalo wrap twice and it's delicious. 3 stars because it wasn't busy when I came in (around 2:45p Friday 3/1) and wasn't busy the whole time I was there. I had to clean off my own table and never once did an associate come out to clean the other dirty tables or spot sweep. At one point 5 associates were just gathered around the registers chatting. Cleanliness goes a long way.

Second UPDATE: Tried again and this time everything went smoothly. Drive thru was quicker, and service was spot on. The tenders seemed a bit small, but whatever, I didn't have to cook it. A couple of things I would improve. A) Being able to pay with Apple Pay without giving up your phone to be taken into the building. B) Larger tenders they just seemed a bit on the tiny side.
