I know I ordered a hot sub but I waited for over 45 min. Give me a heads up if my sandwich is like 37th in line instead of just have me twiddle my thumbs for an hour. I literally watched 27 people come in, order, receive, and finish their lunch before my sandwich was ready. 👎

I stopped in for lunch while passing through Asheville. I was able to walk in and place my order without any wait. I ordered a #13 in a bowl. I asked for it to be finished Mike’s way add pickles. My order was finished quickly and was accurate. My only note was that at this location the bowl was just a regular take out box and not the usual one that Jersey Mike’s uses. Because of this, some of the lettuce was stuck to the box and got on my car. I’m not sure if they were out of the normal boxes or this is just what they use.

I’ve been patronizing this location for years as it’s relatively close to my residence. The food is usually fine (minus some sad veggies from time to time) but I wish I could go in there just one time and not feel like the staff was having a horrible day. I don’t know if it’s a management issue or what, but the lugubrious, somber energy is consistent.

Just ate here. 90% of the tables were dirty. 3 employees standing around talking. No one even thanked me when I finished eating. I was the only person in there when I left. They were just standing and talking about non-sense. Gratitude and a sense of pride would go a long way here.

My husband and I grabbed subs here today during a road trip and they were great! Was warmly greeted by the manager when we walked in. He even checked in with us while we were eating to make sure all was good. Impressive service for a fast food sandwich shop!
