Really awful quality of food every time we buy here. I come back and order from this restaurant after about a year of giving it a break due to terrible quality and never ceases to disappoint. Anything from here I bring home, I instantly want to return. It's horrible. Dried up, unrisen flat dough, toppings that look and taste like they sat out all day. The Crazy Bread is always flat and never fluffy like you get at a Little Ceasars where it's cooked right. The service is terrible, never anyone at the front. They seem to always be short-staffed and overworked. This has not changed in the last 10 years. Another customer grabbed my crazy sauce for me from behind the counter after I got my order out of the pizza portal and stood there for a while waiting for my sauces with the pizza getting cold. Consistently bad quality food year after year. I wish we had a Little Ceasars around here that was any good.
Also, if you call the restaurant, you won't get through to anyone. They route you through a switchboard then put you on hold for 5 mins after which they disconnect the call. Try again and the same thing happens. This store doesn't want customers or work to actually have to do. Unfortunately for them, they cannot block online orders from coming through, but they would if they could. And as punishment for having to make your food, they give you the worst quality they can possibly produce.

1 pizza from the hut is $32 approx. I got 2 DELISH PIZZA for $20. The thin and crispy here is a thousand percent better than the hut ! ❤️🥰SHOCKINGLY DELICIOUS ! You have my loyalty now ! That lady who works there is so nice ! All of them are nice ! I’m a big fan now and forever more !

Pizza us always burnt or hard inless wait and something it still is not fresh..love the pizza it's just the quality of the food.
I visited multiple times before this review. The crazy sauce here has tasted watered down every time. The crazy puffs were missing the cheese. It was just pepperoni inside. You don't realize how important cheese is for a crazy puff until it's gone. The Italian cheesebread tasted undercooked or was missing ingredients. Highly recommend the Spartanburg Highway location. It's very worth it to restore faith in Little Ceasar's.
I made an online order to this Little Caesars location and picked it up from the warmer to the right of the register. When we got the pizzas home and opened, all of the olives(the only topping) was in the middle. Meaning someone just threw them on the pizza. Not even spreading them out. Not only that there was 2 hairs found around the crust!! DISGUSTING!! Will never return to this location and would NEVER recommend anyone go there!!!!

Why is it so difficult to just have what you advertise?? Hot and ready….I have been here twice and they never have pizza. They just say “I have been instructed to not take any orders till we have pizza.” Honestly if you have a coupon to Domino’s or Pizza Hut it’s about the same price. The ONLY reason to get Little Caesars is because it’s fast but apparently not this location.
