I made an online order to this Little Caesars location and picked it up from the warmer to the right of the register. When we got the pizzas home and opened, all of the olives(the only topping) was in the middle. Meaning someone just threw them on the pizza. Not even spreading them out. Not only that there was 2 hairs found around the crust!! DISGUSTING!! Will never return to this location and would NEVER recommend anyone go there!!!!

Why is it so difficult to just have what you advertise?? Hot and ready….I have been here twice and they never have pizza. They just say “I have been instructed to not take any orders till we have pizza.” Honestly if you have a coupon to Domino’s or Pizza Hut it’s about the same price. The ONLY reason to get Little Caesars is because it’s fast but apparently not this location.

The truth was the first time I went and it was not what I thought the person's attitude was NOT that nice I bought 3 pizzas and 3 chicken wings the ranch the little one costs you $1 dollar in Hendersonville if you buy at least they give you 4.5

The door says they’re open until 10. Google said 8. I showed up at 7:40. The lights were on. A person inside saw me park and as I was walking up they turned off the front lights staring right at me.

My fiance stopped by there after work and got 2 pepperoni pizzas and order of crazy bread and sauce and the pizzas were fine but the crazy bread was like chewing on toothpicks, hard as a rock and nothing in the center. Won't go there again!!!

The food was not good at all! The pizza had no sauce! The crazy bread was just butter! And the ICB bread was OK it just needed more of the stuff on top of it. On top of that I had to wait 20 minutes for my order! Was definitely not worth the $35 I paid for the meal!!! The employees need to be retrained on how to make stuff again!!! The employees were nice though.

UPDATE: Almost 9pm now. I HAVE STILL NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET AHOLD OF ANY HUMAN AT THE LOCATION... 2 HOURS OF CALLING. It's pretty ridiculous little ceasers is a multi million dollar company but can't hire good enough help to actually provide customer service, that is the industry your in. I'm safe to say I will NEVER easte my money and this poor establishment again.

I placed an online order for a few pizzas and one of the pizzas was wrong. I have been trying to contact a supervisor for over an HOUR I have called 10 times and no one has answered. I started at 6 pm... I know the place isn't closed by then. All I want is my pizza fixed but I can't get ahold of anyone to fix it. I've been to countless little ceasers pizza and never had much of a problem. Or if I had then the supervisor would take care of it right away. I just wish someone would pick up the phone!

I'm really sick of this place, I understand a business may be really busy but when the last six times I've ordered from here and it all is over baked it's ridiculous, this last order was so old the crust was like a brick and inedible, the order before had one single ring of pepperoni around the edge and that's it, who do call about this cause I want all my money payed back, I would drive to hendo for pizza before going here again, I want to know who owns this place.
The service was good but when we got home the marinara sauce was fermented it had been spoiled for awhile there's noway whoever packaged it didn't smell it it smelt like liquor. Tried calling six to Seven times noone would answer the phone I'm gonna call the general manager for their sake if someone eats that and gets sick they will be sued I hope my family don't get sick from the one bite they took and then noticed the bad sauce.

Didn’t get refunded. Made an order on the app, accidentally ordered at this location, couldn’t call to cancel because nobody answers. But either way if you don’t pick up your order, they will cancel and refund you, but for some reason that ain’t happen.
i usually enjoy little caesar’s. but today i went at about 10:10 pm and the door was locked. i had previously checked the hours and it said they close at 10:30. all i wanted was a pepperoni pizza. i knocked on the door for a while, and i saw plenty of workers behind the counter and they wouldn’t even look at me, they couldn’t even open to door to tell me that they were closed. there was another car outside who had the same experience as me. i’m very disappointed.
