I waited over an hour for 1 pizza and 1 serving of wings on a Monday night this is ridiculous I will not be coming back to this location if the employees are drowning in orders that bad they need to shut off the ordering system till they get caught up this was completly ridiculous

I went with my grandfather who speaks spanish and we went up to order and the girl was incredibly rude she took the money from my hands with an attitude and was not happy at all it was not kind and she was rude overall.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this location has earned it. I have never received an order here that was right, not once. Every visit has been incorrect or missing something.
The customer service doesn’t help either. There’s no apology, no urgency, and no sense that they care about getting it right.
After multiple tries and the same experience every time, I’m done. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Just waited on hold for now ten minutes for nobody to even speak to me, besides this shitty automated system. I went to pick up my order that I ordered through the app. Once I got there I picked everything up no issues, but I failed to realize that I did not have my order, I had two of the correct items and one that was not apart of my order, I realized once I was in my neighborhood, 20 minutes away. I don’t know what to do with this pizza I did not order request, or pay for, terrible customer service, I am just attempting to speak to someone about what to do. I cannot.

I love Little Caesars but if they don't start putting my extra sauce and making my pizza actually crispy then I'm going to start getting refunds.

Really awful quality of food every time we buy here. I come back and order from this restaurant after about a year of giving it a break due to terrible quality and never ceases to disappoint. Anything from here I bring home, I instantly want to return. It's horrible. Dried up, unrisen flat dough, toppings that look and taste like they sat out all day. The Crazy Bread is always flat and never fluffy like you get at a Little Ceasars where it's cooked right. The service is terrible, never anyone at the front. They seem to always be short-staffed and overworked. This has not changed in the last 10 years. Another customer grabbed my crazy sauce for me from behind the counter after I got my order out of the pizza portal and stood there for a while waiting for my sauces with the pizza getting cold. Consistently bad quality food year after year. I wish we had a Little Ceasars around here that was any good.
Also, if you call the restaurant, you won't get through to anyone. They route you through a switchboard then put you on hold for 5 mins after which they disconnect the call. Try again and the same thing happens. This store doesn't want customers or work to actually have to do. Unfortunately for them, they cannot block online orders from coming through, but they would if they could. And as punishment for having to make your food, they give you the worst quality they can possibly produce.

1 pizza from the hut is $32 approx. I got 2 DELISH PIZZA for $20. The thin and crispy here is a thousand percent better than the hut ! ❤️🥰SHOCKINGLY DELICIOUS ! You have my loyalty now ! That lady who works there is so nice ! All of them are nice ! I’m a big fan now and forever more !
