Disgusting store. Cigarette butt literally on the floor as you walk in. Employees cussing loudly at each other talking about closing the store early. Waiting 20 minutes for pickup order after I arrived.

I’ve left a one star before. Don’t know why I keep going back.

Wasn't and still remains one of the biggest jokes to stand and wait for a meal. Id rather eat cyanide.Parking: It's a huge lot. You'd hafta try to not find a spot.Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't leave my child unattended here.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no wheelchair accessibility

Pizza and wings dealWings were tiny, just okay. Pepperoni pizza was extremely... meh, sorta focaccia/flatbread instead of pizza and very bland. Not super worth it, definitely not without the dealEDIT: meh, down from 2 to 1 star. After thinking over the leftovers, I think I would not go again. The pizza just isn't dense, mostly flavorless, I would have rather paid $5-10 more and gotten a real size pizza & wings from a local place, this wasn't enough food even for only $13Maybe Detroit Style is the only decent thing at LC, still hit or miss

Hot n Ready items aren't actually fresh. They are sometimes hours old. Any walk up purchase means they run to the back create an order then print off a sticker like it was cooked fresh. Floors out front haven't been mopped since before Covid. The drinks in the machine are usually out of date.

I don't know that I've had an order from here that hasn't had an issue. Maybe it's just me?Anyways.....I used to order on the phone (I like the slices and sticks, but I can't eat pepperoni) but the order seemed too difficult for the people working here at the time to cut the pizza, it always turned out the sticks were triangle cut and the pizza was sticks cut and never cut all the way through, so I switched to online ordering.Online there are no customization options for slices and sticks, and slices/sticks only come with pepperoni on the slices half. With the online order I made the other week I took advantage of the stuffed crazy bread promo. There was so much oil on the bottom of the sticks (they were also prepared like Domino's sticks not like the advertisement) that the bottom of the sticks were raw dough. The cheese pizza was great, though still not cut all the way through, at all.I received a phone call and text from a concerned and apologetic Sid a few days later, who informed me that WNC is, for whatever reason, split into two districts or owners and gave me the contact info for a Richard Jones, but I decided not to bother Richard about something I'm writing off as a bunch of kids in a kitchen, especially the day before Thanksgiving. I'm not looking for a remake on my order, I just wanted to inform someone who can actually do something about the issue to fix the issue before some crazy person gets upset. With tonight's order I took advantage of the stuffed crust and 2 ltr promotion. Nothing in the promo, that I saw, said anything about any, I'm assuming, garlic butter/oil or garlic salt/glaze added to the crust; not a huge deal but still enough extra grease to seep through the bottom of the box, and again the pizza is not cut all the way through... Just add more pressure, it's really difficult to cut through a pizza box with a cutting wheel or a slicing blade, I know from experience.Anyways, Richard/Sid if you're reading this I'll give it one more shot in a couple weeks because Sid seemed genuinely concerned and apologetic on the phone about the entire situation from start to finish, and that kind of customer service goes a long way in my book!Edit for today's order:Another completely uncut pizza, and old chewy uncut Italian cheese sticks. The signage on the outside of the restaurant being burnt out and the parking lot lights being off at 8:30 should be enough of an indicator that this is not a good location. If Richard wants to make up for this newest debacle I'll consider going here again, otherwise Domino's is less than 5 minutes away, and they have salad!!!!!Dietary restrictions: Probably don't order online if you have dietary restrictions.
