one of my favorite places to go after work, the gym, whatever, tons of delicious and healthy options, all made fast and right in front of you.
my only complaint is their straws.
The straws are way too small and do not fit the large cups. Please get new straws. Otherwise, love this place, keep it up!

Context: family of 3, doing fine, but watching our wallets cause of the holidays. Took my son for a haircut today which completely messed with dinner time routine. My 10 year old, being the sweetest kid, says we can use his $30 Moe’s gift card that he got last Christmas in his stocking and has been saving. We go to this Moe’s on Airport rd. They’re busy, but moving along, and everything is fine; until we get to the register. You can tell the cashier is all sorts of distracted. Which I get, I worked in F&B, I know how it is. I tell her we’re using a gift card and she distractedly says “answer the questions then use it” and points to the card machine. I tap the tip button, swipe the card, then nothing. I go to flip the card thinking maybe I did it wrong, at which point cashier glances at me and says “that’s the wrong way.” I tell her I already tried the other way. She cancels out and says try again, I again hit the tip button and swipe it the way she said to with her watching. Again nothing. She huffs a little and comes around and tries to type it in. It asks for an expiration date, which there isn’t one on this gift card, and at that point says “did you buy this here?” I tell her I did not, I ordered it online from Moe’s website. To which she just says “then there’s nothing I can do.” No apology of any sort, just a dismissive write off. I went from spending like less that $15 on my card, to cover the $8 that would have been left after the gift card and the tip. To having to spend over $40. When she says that, I go to move some money from one account to another to cover the difference and while I’m trying to do that she goes, “well just use your card.” And glances at the line. I pay, let my son get his drink and leave completely put off and kinda embarrassed by the whole thing. I could tell all she cared about was getting me out of the way, and I understand that, but a touch of empathy or compassion would have been great. I used this as a teachable moment with my son, and told him if you aren’t capable of showing compassion when you are even slightly stressed then the last thing you should do is work in customer service. Now I’m debating even using this gift card, which I checked again and does indeed have $30 on it, because I just don’t know if I want to go back to Moe’s at all.

Placed an order online with them for my partner with food allergies. Not only did they get the order wrong giving them the opposite of what was actually put in when the order was made. When I called the girl on the phone stated that I was the one who placed the wrong order when we have double checked it before submitting. She stated that we were the ones in the wrong and nothing could be done. Will not be going to this location again.

We don’t get to go to moes often cause this one is the only one within 1 hr15min
I LOVE the steak and cheese quesadilla. The steak inside is usually good and juicy.
Me and my daughter went today. And they have changed the cheese and the meat. I’m not even sure it was steak? Or beef meat? It was honestly one of the nastiest things I’ve ever tasted. And for something so small and expensive I was extremely disappointed and disgusted.
