Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We have been going to OG for years.We moved from Memphis and we’re there 50+ years. We now go to the Airport rd location.We have eaten there about 6-8 times.We have always had a good experience and the quality of food was consistent. Our last visit on 11/24 did not even make the mark.I ordered the soup and spaghetti with meat sauce.The pasta dish was great but the soups.The Toscana soup did not have any kale and the tasted like it was thinned out with water.The gnocchi soup tasted like milk and not cream. My spouse ordered lasagna which was dry.It needed more sauce. Top it off he was never asked if he wanted more salad and our drinks were never refilled. Just thought you needed to know.

I understand that restaurants get busy at dinner hours, but my recent experience here was horrible. The server seemed to forget about our table, particularly when it came to getting food out for the kids. We waited over 30 minutes just for a bowl of soup, while others who were seated after us were already enjoying their meals. To make matters worse, the bread we were served was over baked and as hard as a rock. No drink refills either. It was disappointing to see such a lack of attention to customer service and quality control.

The food was fantastic. The service the same. Recommend lunch portions and pricing. Visit this restaurant.

Wife had spaghetti with meat sauce and I had fettuccine. Both were excellent. Highly recommend

I went on a holiday and wait time was a little too long do I ordered to go, my favorites spaghetti, meatballs, tossed salad. It was wonderful as always. I have never gotten a bad meal or experience in any OG. Love this place

The server was some gentleman with short hair seemed maybe in his early to mid 30s. Knowledgable on his job but made a very off putting statement about his day and eating spicy food and it not treating him well.. so that was awkward right when I’m ordering. Other than that thought in my mind before I decided to eat it was great meal and everything came out in a decent amount of time and made properly.
