If you hate your job just stop working there! I recommend management should start cleaning house and firing these rude workers.

I placed my order online at 7:30 PM. ETA for delivery was listed as 8:01 PM. At 7:52 PM. I received a text message stating that my order would be delivered soon. But at 8:30, my delivery had still not arrived and I tried to call the store, but it sent me to a call center and transferred me to the store. I sat on hold for five minutes. I called back and was transferred and placed on hold again for another three minutes. I hung up and called back again and explained what was happening and was told I should go down to the store to find out. It was around 8:40 PM at this point in time. I called back and was placed on hold again on the way to the store and waited in line for a long time to get to the carryout window for assistance. I was greeted by a very rude woman who when I asked about why I had been on hold for over 20 minutes on and off at that point, she stated that they did not answer their phones at that store. I explained what happened and asked if I could speak with a manager to see what was going on with my order. She came back and said the manager was busy at the moment, at which I stated that I know because he is outside behind the restaurant, smoking a cigarette and hanging out with his buddy next to his buddy’s car, I assume. I saw him come out of the store when I was waiting in line to get to the carryout window and he had been out there for at least 10 minutes while I was waiting in line. She admitted that he was out back smoking a cigarette and I said that I would be happy to wait. I waited for five more minutes and then she came back and said that he was not going to be able to talk with me. I got zero answers. I didn’t want to make a scene so I said, “Oh well, I guess I’ll just go home and see if my pizza arrives and follow up with corporate later.” And I left.
Ironically, I was on the phone with the corporate office call center on a recorded line the entire time this conversation took place with the woman at the carry out window and the guy on the phone with me was quite surprised as well at how rude and unaccommodating they were at the 12 Miami Circle, Arden, NC 28704 location.
My order finally arrived around 9:08 pm, only 2 minutes after I returned home, and was left on my porch. No one knocked on the door and when I found it at 9:15, it was very cold. I guess the 22% tip I left on top of the delivery fee wasn’t enough for the driver. Somehow a 30 min ETA delivery turned into 1 hour and 40 minutes. What!?! I hope this store can get it together soon because I used to love to order from there all the time.

We placed an order through the app around 6pm set to be delivered at 7:45. At 7:45 the app then switched from “received” to “set to be delivered at 8:20”. We tried calling multiple times and started with someone at a call center. When they finally transferred us to the local store, we were on hold for 20 minutes each time without ever getting to talk to someone. At that point we just wanted to cancel our order but the call center couldn’t do it and kept telling us to just call the store the order was coming from then said to call the corporate number. We called the corporate number given and the automated system didn’t have an option to discuss our order issue, they only said the contact the local store. Absolutely terrible experience with horrible costumer service.

Absolutely disappointed! Was told about 30 minutes took over an hour. I kept checking the status and said it was being prepared so I called was put on hold for 20 minutes a they never got back on the phone. They put our cinnamon sticks in with our breadsticks which completely ruined both. Pizza had no sauce and was way overcooked. I called back after getting food and asked to speak to a manager they gave me the number to corporate and hung up. I highly recommend using literally any Pizza Hut or even a different company before ever using this location. Wish I could post pictures to see for yourself on this review.

Assuming they put pesto on pizza for whatever reason. Definitely didn’t ask for it. They will not answer the phone to resolve this issue.

We're out here at 8PM, on the door it says dine-in available until 10PM, however it was blocked off and they said dine in is closed off. Aside from that it reeked of weed when I walked in.

Was looking to speak with a manager , and someone gave me the RUDEST ANSWERS to my inquiry. WILL NOT EVER USE THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION . FOR NOTHING. This young white man was the rudest employee that I have ever encountered dealing with public relations. He hung the phone on me twice and had No customer service experience he works the evening shift as manager at the arden NC Location

This is a local review.
Pizza was hot and fresh. I placed an online order with the app. Food was ready when the app said it would be.
Establishment was clean and tidy, however bathroom floors were sticky.
Seemed to be fully staffed for a monday evening. Would mention that employees should not smoke right by the door. Also the inside seating was blocked off so you couldn't sit at 5:30pm.
For take out its fine, but they should work on dine in and service.

The service was great our waitress was super. The food was good. Tge only problem I had was the menues have no prices. So if your on a budget you have to ask for the prices.
