Getting food for a small group, 2 med pizzas, carryout, 5:30 pm. I waited in the lobby for 10 mins before anyone even spoke to me. Multiple employees saw me and nobody even said "Hello, we're super busy, but we'll be right with you." That would have been perfect. Simple acknowledgment of my presence was all they needed to do. Finally, an employee decided to get me my food, which had been in the food warmer for over 10 mins. This place is trash. I'll never be back. Too many other good pizza places around. Rude, horrible and, honestly, not very bright staff. Go someplace else.

Having to closed early because you lazy is not a option change your hrs online if you don't want to work having the cook screaming in your face the you are close is not acceptable don't come to this store

I placed an order online and got confirmation of the order. I drove to the location for pickup. As I turned into the location I got a phone call. I was told my order had been cancelled. I called the location and was told very rudely by the manager John that my item was no longer available. He said it was not his problem that is was still listed on the website. Instead of trying to substitute for a different size. He was extremely rude. I was told by the employee at the drive thru he was always rude to the customers. Why is this John who is the GM still working at this location with so many complaints. I was told they ask every one to complain but he is still the manager. I Have never been talk to so rudely. Pizza Hut are you really that desperate to keep this man as your manager and representing your product.

Delivered to the wrong address and almost didn't give me a refund. The people at this pizza hut couldn't comprehend that the address I gave them was correct but somehow their delivery driver delivered to the wrong location . I understand I chose a no contact delivery and told them to leave the order outside my door but if your not sure about the address call the number i supplied. Once I than told them they didn't deliver to the correct location they told me they couldn't do anything at that time and it was basically my fault. They did remain respectful towards me, even though i was absolutely angry with them. Will not use this location anymore, I believe it will be a mutually beneficial arrangement. management told me they issued me a refund. I never got one, do not use this establishment

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. We put an order in for a delivery shorty before 6 pm on October 9th. We received a confirmation email saying that our food would be delivered at 7:24pm.
We waiting until 8 to call, as we still hadn’t received our food. When we called, the answering service said they were closed, but we still had no food. I drove over to their location to inquire. The doors were locked, so I knocked on the door. The employees there looked at me and ignored me. When someone finally came to the door, I explain the scenario and told them I’d just pick it up, so they didn’t have to deliver. They looked at me, told me they didn’t make the food because the delivery time was after they closed. I told them that there was a confirmation and no further communication. They told me that it wasn’t their problem and to take it up with corporate. They were rude and ugly for no reason, I was just asking about the food I ordered and already paid for. Had I been made aware that they were going to make my food, I would have gone elsewhere, instead of having to find dinner for my family at 830pm during a curfew.

Of course, the corporate office is closed until further notice. Hope this makes to the corporate office.

It would be nice if they cook the food before they serve it to the customer. My breadsticks still had dough on the inside. The cheese sticks were as cold as the refrigerator they came out of. Overall my experience was horrible.

I was calling to order at least 7 pizzas for my staff tonight as we have an event. I was hung up on no fewer that 6 times. I asked to speak to the manager and was hung up on again. Poor business! I will no longer support your business for my business needs. I'm a GM in Biltmore Park.

Drive through was horrifically rude. I try to give grace that she may have been having a rough day but I have never had as horrendous an experience as that woman in my life.
