I ordered delivery at the hotel I was staying at, and rather than walking it to my room when I provided the room number, they just left it at the front desk... I even tipped, but I kind of wish I hadn't now. Now my pizza's cold and that's annoying after an already long day....

It cannot be called Pizza Hut Express if they are not consistently open. It all depends on when some lady from Starbucks is able to run it. Bad idea. They should have just kept the actual Pizza Hut inside the Target.

I ordered two pizzas and both of them had issues. One had way too much of a certain topping, and it was all clumped together in the center of the pizza. The other pizza had a topping that I specifically requested NOT to be put on there. Additionally, the cashier was borderline rude when I had a simple question about the payment process.

Went in to pick up a pizza. Walked in and Brian at the counter and a female server were bickering about a price discrepancy on one of her tickets. I told Brian my name and that I was here to pick up, he gets my pizza and puts it on the counter, then continues the frustrated conversation with the server. Neither of them made eye contact with me as they continued barking back and forth, eventually getting a supervisor. The supervisor tapped away at the screen. Still no eye contact, from anyone! Meanwhile I can hear the kitchen staff literally yelling curse words. I have my card out, all I want to do is pay and leave. Supervisor leaves, Brian and server STILL argue. Eventually I said, "Can I just pay for my pizza please? It seems like this is an issue that can be resolved after I pay and leave." No eye contact, no 'sorry about that', just a sigh from Brian as he took my card and ran it. I got my pizza and left. This was textbook terrible customer service, from every level of employee. YIKES.
