i just went through drive thru 12/23 and had the worst experience. the mac n chz was distasteful you can pick up with your hands it was burnt. On top of my boyfriend’s food had no bacon or cheese and we paid 29$ for 2 chicken sandwich meals and some desserts. no sauce cheese or bacon on any sandwich and a “regular “ drink was a childs size.

The food is a "hit and a miss" most days; you may get a good batch of chicken....then again, you may not. I guess the food is cooked to order..which explains why the chicken is crunchy instead of tender sometimes. The taste of the food is not consistent. The drive thru has lousier service than inside; they want to outsmart the clock so they ask you to pull forward and then reverse to get your food after a long wait. Also, as a business establishment, it so unprofessional to tell customers that you don't have change. The staff compliment is low, and the turnover rate seems to be high for this particular location. Get it together or close for service!

This is hands down the worst Popeye’s I’ve ever been to. The staff might be competent, but they clearly couldn’t care less about getting orders right, serving fresh food, providing any sense of speed, or even making the customer experience remotely positive. Not once have I received the correct order, and when I try to talk to the staff, they just completely dismiss me. The drive-thru is always a minimum 30-minute wait—absolute waste of time. You’ll end up overcharged and still disappointed. Honestly, this location might as well be shut down and replaced with something that actually knows how to serve customers.

Dirty floors, employees clearly do not want to be there, menu board broken, missing menu items, dining room soda was warm and no ice out there, fries are soggy, pretty much they just fail at everything here. Corporate needs to visit and clean house. The reviews here are accurate, it just is not a good place to go.

Walked into a nearly empty restaurant. Ordered our food and 15 minutes later was told it would take 3 more minutes because they were waiting on your fillets. 5 minutes later was told it would take 5 minutes. We asked for a refund and were told only the GM could do that and he wasn't here . Got our food and as we walked away, the woman called after us, "I don't care. I really don't care."

Had a fantastic experience at Popeyes, thanks to Ashley! She’s an exceptional manager who keeps things running smoothly, even during busy hours. Ashley’s positive attitude and attentiveness make every customer feel welcome. She handled a small issue with my order quickly and with a smile. Popeyes is lucky to have her!

Showed up 15min before closing. They had a lot of menu items out of stock. Had to get spicey chicken instead of original and my biscuit, as well as my side of mashed potatoes and gravy was horrible. I was better off staying hungry and saving my money. Definitely not worth the stop.

I will never come to this Popeyes again! Hire some decent help. They make you wait at the drive thru order screen for 15 minutes, and then they call you to move forward, and the building is completely empty. Fire all your staff and hire new people who can actually provide a service and to the workers. If you hate your job that much, why not just quit? Terrible place!!

Ordered from Uber which the restaurant has to accept. Then they don’t fulfill or refund the order 🤷‍♂️ thank you popeyes for living up to the standards

Stolen card by Manager‼️ ordered food. Realized I was never given back my card. Went back and was told they could not find it after I had to wait 20 min for them to. Looked at my bank statement and noticed they took additional money that was left on my card.
