Ordered two 2-piece dinners, one white meat, one dark meat, both with mac & cheese. Got two 2-piece dinners, both with white meat, one with mac & cheese , the other with french fries. Of course, that wasn't discovered until we got home and opened the boxes. The chicken was dry, and I've had better biscuits from a tube. Next time, it's Bojangles.

Even with placing my order online- an hr later I'm still waiting on my food. Don't visit if you're in a hurry!

Every single time we have placed a To-go order with them, around 8-8:30pm before they even close @10pm they already seem closed by the time we get there. I’ve seen the employees standing in the kitchen on their phones and then they go hide when we drive around the building. We don’t get our food and then end up having to go online to get our refund, which takes 5-10 business days. It’s a waste of time and gas money. If they are going to be closed early they need to be making their online ordering unavailable.I understand that it’s hard to find employees that will actually work, but it’s ridiculous.

Ordered an 8 piece family meal which the person said only comes with one side. We were told we couldn’t add another side. You mean to tell me that we can’t pay for an extra side or even 2 or 3 extra sides if we want them. You guys are a bunch of Morons. I hope your home office sees this so they know you’re losing money for them. We won’t be back.

They always forget something. Get in the habit of checking everything before leaving. You'll be glad you did.

Doesn't matter the location Popeyes is the worst run and most overpriced fast food franchise in america. Literally said in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes and not a single car was processed through. And what is up with their prices!!?

After my experiences at the Popeyes I think I’ve had enough. My order is never right and the staff isn’t trained well enough. I was a better worker as a 14 year old.

I usually love Popeyes. However, the chicken had so much batter on I could not eat it

The food was inedible. I ordered a 12 piece fried chicken with 2 large sides, mashed potatoes and gravy and macaroni. The container for potatoes was 1/8th full and the macaroni was greasy not suitable for eating. The chicken was fried to a crisp as in there was no meat left to eat on any of it. There was only one person that spoke English in the entire store who was attempting to work drive thru and front counter. He was failing miserably. It took me 35 minutes to get food we couldn’t eat. We literally had to drive somewhere else for dinner after arriving home with this failed attempt. No we never went back and attempted to have them fix the order. I simply didn’t have the want to ever go back in that store again.

I wanted a great 1st experience for this location, I really really did! But, fell flat AF! Placed an advance online order to pick up hoping it would be in and out, wrong! I waited 10+ mins before acknowledgement from any staff. Order wasn't ready and then I had to wait 10+ more minutes to put chicken and fries in a box! I walked in to 6 employees and a 4 person line that was 20 mins for whatever reason (register wasn't working, theres 3 total ?). I'll try again another time. only got 2 stars because the chicken was on point.

Honestly if I could leave 0 stars I would. . . This place needs to permanently close. Been trying this location for 3 years now and every time it’s nothing but disappointing. No staff, always out of food, a mountain of unnecessary attitude in the drive through line, & I don’t know if the sign is permanently out or they just don’t want you think they are open? I have never seen the sign lit up at night. . . Like ever! The place always looks closed, dark, and creepy. And the lobby doors are typically locked even during the day. This has been the consistent pattern since post Covid. If you don’t have staff and the staff you do have doesn’t want to work, then just do us all of favor and SHUT IT DOWN. By staying open you are creating so much unnecessary hostility & honestly damaging the Popeyes brand. Never seen so many sad & pathetic 1 star reviews in my life. The was the 4th time I didn’t even make it to the window. Literally overheard the car in front of me exchanging heated words with the cashier/ staff member … so I just left. ?The service, the staff, and the food, ALL TERRIBLE! ???‍? Would NOT recommend to anyone.

At first the restaurant appeared to be closed. The street sign and outside lights were off and no customers inside.Once inside I was quickly greeted by a very busy staff handling mobile and online orders. This being my first visit I stuck to the basics. The chicken tenders are delicious with the crunchy coating and great selection of dips. The biscuits are okay. I personally prefer my own more. The only down side was the dining area was chilly requiring me to leave my coat on. I will visit again to try more items.

Did an online order at 11:30 for pick up at 4- the order wasn't even started- had to wait 20-30 minutes- then I looked inside the bag and half the order was missing. The person behind the counter noticed and put missing items in the bag. When we got home- still missing! Won't go back there!
