I love our SYLVA SONIC. You can use the Drive-thru,or park and order, or you can Order On-line and pick it up at a stall or at the Drive-thru window. The food is always delicious. Breakfast, lunch and Dinner are just a click away. We love finding a mountain side Picnic table or by the Tuckaseegee River and enjoy the Footlong Cony Dogs and the Tater Tots with a Sweet Tea or one of their Specialty Drinks. I Highly Recommend the SONIC in SYLVA NC.

I don't get their burgers anymore, they don't have much flavor to them. However, the coney dogs are amazing. The foot long, I would argue is a reasonable price at 4.99. It's def a meal worthy dog.

normally I love this sonic location up until last night. I placed an order about 30 min before closing and once i arrived home i found a BOOGER/SNOT with hair attached on the rim on the inside of my drink. I'm deeply disturbed by this experience and will not be returning to sonic and I feel this may have been done out of malice. I understand it may be frustrating to have someone visit right before closing but tampering with food especially with bodily fluids is unacceptable. The store itself has NOT been responsive to calls. If visiting this store please know your food may be at risk.

The food is always fresh, the service is always great... But why are they no longer serving cheese sauce with the pretzel twist??? That's what makes the pretzel twist!

Look I understand yall were busy last night (1/8/24) but yall took forever at the speaker let alone forever at the drive thru. And my burger I got was not all the way cooked bc here I am at 4 in the morning throwing up violently due to an undercooked burger. Ik it was undercooked bc I work in fast food ik the consequences of what happens. It was late last night I just got off work stopped by to get my self some dinner before I head home and that’s what I got a sonic burger and a chicken slinger I ate them while I sonic I felt perfectly fine when I got home and layed down for bed my stomach started to hurt but that’s it now at 4 in the dam morning I’m throwing up everything the burger not the chicken slinger but the burger. There was also me spitting up some blood after I threw up I am more then pissed at this giving customers terrible service and then giving them undercooked food. I want the number to corporate immediately
If this is what the American drive has become it's done. The cheap menu burger, $3.49, here was terrible and they tried to over charge me to a tune of $6.80! The foot is way too skinny to actually be a hotdog, itself and the toppings didn't even clear half out of the bun! This place is suffering from corporate downsizing in many different ways! Tudaloo for the next 10 years till I try this place again! Soggy fries too!! ?
Waited outside for almost 10 mins. Walked in to place the order, waited 10 more mins. None of the cars next to me got served on the same period of time. I waited almost 10 more mins to received my 3 milkshakes.

Most Sonic's are basically the same, greasy cheap fried food. But most are quick and easy to feed a hungry family. Not this one on Airport Rd. Plan to spend 45 minutes to an hour from when you pull in until you leave. The staff is ridiculously slow, it can take 10-minutes to even be able to place the order, and then when it is eventually delivered to your car, it'll be wrong ... if it's even all there that you paid for. This Sonic management and staff ALL needs to be replaced. From top to bottom, it's abysmal. Do not go to this one!
