Always super friendly & helpful & always asks if my Great Pyrenees, Rebel, would like something. I order a lot of extra ice in my Frappuccino and ask for the extra it makes in a 2nd cup so I won't lose all my coffee & they're always okay with this. I've been to other locations who are not, esp the Ingles locations, cus it's seen as getting a whole nother coffee drink? I mean come on, I'm not asking for a freebie, just the excess so I don't lose all my coffee cus of the heavy ice!...read full review
