Coffee is always delicious and amazing. Exactly what I need while I shop. The barista that helped me this time made sure I knew that the Starbucks app won't let me claim points I have accumulated on the app. Which I was thankful for.
Kid-friendliness: They always accommodate my two little boys. And always sweet and nice to them. Making them feel special as well.

Great little Starbucks located in Ingles supermarket. A few tables right at the entrance to the store. Staff were friendly & efficient. Seasonal Peppermint Mocha & cheese danish, which they happily heated for me. Tables were a little sticky, but otherwise this was a welcome addition to my grocery shopping experience.
Wheelchair accessibility: Convenient handicap parking. All one level. Space between tables.

Little dysfunctional and impersonal. Pumpkin Spice hone too early in the season, in my opinion, lol. Seating is one row against the wall, a little odd. They do have plugs on the wall behind the tables if you need tonllug in a laptop or charge your phone up.
Vegetarian options: They have prepared snack packs and trays with cheese, crackers, and apples, for example. They also have plenty of baked goods, croissants, cookies, etc. Starbucks is Starbucks. As almost everywhere else lately, the staff seemed new or in training. They did not announce my name, and I would thinknas a few people were there thay could have noticed I was sitting for 10 minutes without my order. Had to go ask about it. If you aren't already familiar with their service, you will need to stay aware and look out for your order. They have mobile orders coming in, too, so its hard to tell where you are in th que.
Dietary restrictions: Many items are pre-made prepared snacks/light lunch trays. They are labeled with all ingredients and nutritional info. They have several options for non dairy coffee drinks such as soy, coconut and almond milk.

Had a summer drink called Pink which was very good. Got a small to try but after the good strawberry taste wish I had got a different size. Only downside was the cost. I did get whipped cream on top which helped the tartness of the berries and coconut milk

Two staff eyebrow deep in their phones, I disturbed one to ask for two drinks. She looked and me and said, "what do you want?". An iced coconut milk latte, she said I can't help you here and pointed at the empty register. So I walked down to the register and she said what do you want. After ringing up my order I had to wait a minute before she informed me the register was ready to pay. No amount no questions. One drink came out 3/4 full.
