On one occasion their hours are until 9 pm, I arrived at 8:30 the guy who was in front was already cleaning, I wanted to place an order and he told me we are closed, I told him but there is half an hour left, he replied I'm sorry, we are short of personnel and period.

Very poor customer service experience with this establishment and the fact the staff failed to acknowledge I was in line with other people standing around on thier phones with no idea if they were in line or not and as soon as I had approached the counter space, staff had disappeared into the back room of the establishment.Very disappointed with the service and staff.

One of the few subways that I really disliked, the bread was dry and stretchy. They do not have good Chipotle sauce at all compared to other subways. Also wish the place was sweeped more.

Suppose to open at 10am on Sunday 10/24/2021 and I get there at 10am and a very rude lady says it will be 30 minutes! I come back at 10:30 and she is walking out to smoke a cigarette. You just got here and u already need to smoke. I asked if she will be opening when she got back in and she did not even look up from here phone. I order for my autistic son here all the time and every staff member is great except this miserable lady who hates her life. Needs a customer service training class. Wish I knew who the owner was.

We went to Walmart to get my sons glasses fixed at the eye center. My boys wanted a slushee, so we ate at subway. The gentleman that was working behind the counter was awesome with my kids, kind, engaging, and professional. It got pretty busy while we were there, and I noticed he wasn't phased, nor was his service compromised. As a business owner, and a restaurant owner these workers are hard to find!! We will be back! I wish I knew his name. Tattoo down his arm, ear piercings, and dark hair! Thanks for the awesome service man!!

Never order door dash from this subway! Placed my order, dasher was there waiting on my food, and subway cancelled my order .
Placed an order, picked it up, got back to my office. It was supposed to be toasted, it was not! In addition, person behind counter wasn't wearing a mask.

Subway is always good for a quick sandwich. Ingredients here were fresh and tasty. Their bread is always good. And the cookies always make for a great treat.
