Popped in since I was craving Subway initially got there didnât even get greeted. Lady just looked at me. Had a really bad attitude felt like I was forcing her to make my food I actually felt bad for her. Maybe she doesnât wanna work here, but I think you guys should hire someone who actually wants to do their job and Makes everyone comfortable making their food felt really uncomfortable by her older lady in her 30s or 40s with blonde hair wonât be coming back just felt uncomfortable. Donât wanna force anybody to make my food

Second attempt going to this shop and they make you wait 20 minutes before saying can I help you because they are too busy making sandwiches for online I guess, this place is always behind & never have vegetable available at all, like have it your way is for the employees not the customers

Please teach the employees to not handle cash with their gloves on and then handle food immediately after without changing gloves!! I had to ask the gentleman who was both cashier and sandwich maker to please change his gloves after handling cash and then tried to make my food. This is how people can get illnesses!

It's a shame, I love this Subway, but this is the first time Iâve had a bad experience at a Subway in my life. Iâm Latino, and my English is not very fluent; I can read and write it, but in conversation, I still struggle about 40%. I was surprised that a Latina served me with so much disrespect, and I can even say it felt like racism and xenophobia. She looked at me extremely badly and treated me in the worst way possible, she practically made me feel like I should leave. I was really surprised. Even my wrap and other food items were poorly packed. Honestly, I took them because I had no more time and had to go to work. It was a terrible experience, and I even feel like suing the place and the employee for the way I was treated. It was terrible, horrible, terrifying. Iâm just glad her disrespect was aimed at me and not my son or someone close to me, because I know it wouldnât have ended well.

Never order from this subway. I ordered the new spicy nacho wrap and all I got was a chicken and ranch wrap. No cheddar cheese sauce, no spicy sriracha sauce no peppers and all I got was ranch pickles and olives on it and at first the guy told me it wasnât on the menu but he could make it but why is it on your menu online

I think you guys should really wear masks. The guy today was sweet, but was literally talking all over my food. At one point I seen spit come out of his mouth onto his shirt at this point he wasnât over my food anymore. But that really disgusted me because, I didnât want to be rude but it was just like ???? come on now, donât talk while youâre making someoneâs food.
