I see why this is 5 stars! Only 7 reviews is criminal though. Hand made tortillas and meat with amazing flavor. I got cabeza (beef cheek) and pastor. Very very good! Both salsas are good. A perfect wedge of lime for each taco. You NEED to try this place. Best tacos ive has in Asheville area. Quick service and very friendly. I'll make this a very regular stop for much lunch breaks.

I love beef tongue tacos and honestly have a crazy high standard for them and these were very much up to the task. I also got cheek tacos for my first time and they were good enough I wasn’t sad I didn’t get all tongue. Tacos come with onion cilantro lime wedges and 2 sauces. I recommend using lime and both sauces and you are going to be very happy with your lunch. Also 4 tacos for 12.80$ can’t be beat nowadays especially with flavor that makes them worth even more.

Absolutely delicious! Easily the best food I've had around Asheville. The truck takes both cash and card, and food comes out very quickly and securely packaged. I highly recommend the carne asada Torta!
