Prices are too much for the food given. Poor service. Waited 10 minutes before being able to order food with only 3 other tables in the restaurant and employees were looking at us and walking by. Waitress walked by 3 times and owner was sitting next to us unconcerned that we hadn’t been waited on. Asked to substitute something (didn’t care about an upcharge) because I didn’t want rice and beans and owner said no without even giving an option to up charge to substitute. Waited 25 minutes at Don Julio, and not a single server acknowledged us. Kiki was apparently too busy to even make eye contact. We walked out. If you want to be ignored and feel like your business doesn't matter, this is the place for you!
