When I order a large beverage and the cup is barely half full. I didn't ask for half foam in my matcha latte. Do better Dunkin. I've given multiple opportunities and now I will take my business elsewhere.

The coffee was fresh brewed and taste was good. I had a bit of a wait because one guy was making everything himself. I think his name was Timothy.? I'm not sure but he was very nice , very good at his job and was working very fast to get everything done. I give him a lot of credit!

They can never get a coffee right…. When did a Carmel macchiato become more milk than coffee??? Milk at line 1 and coffee the remaining? How hard could it be??

Coffee tasted like it was brewed with stagnant water. But the employees were super nice and happy to help.
Great coffee and sandwich. A bit slow with about 7 workers. It was busy in drive thru though.

i’m just so tired of the inconsistency. half the time my drink is good, other times it’s not even what i ordered. but today is my final straw. i ordered a medium cold brew, and literally watched them make it. they used their regular iced coffee, not cold brew in my drink (it is NOT the same) and then the employee argued with me about it. literally this is my staple order and it does not taste anything like it usually does. its a nasty drink unfortunately and if it hadn’t happened before i would have more grace. drive 2 miles up the road and there are many better coffee options.
