Went through the drive through today, it was a relatively long wait two cars in front of me pulled off out of the line because of the wait, the men working there are absolutely lost I had to reiterate my actual order to them about 4 times, they were going to charge me wrong and give me the wrong order.

Went in there today and stood at the counter not super long but long enough to get annoyed and nobody even spoke to me. It’s not that hard to acknowledge me and let me know you will be with me in a min. Maybe if the place was very busy I could understand but they weren’t. I just think it’s rude and unprofessional to not acknowledge someone standing at the counter waiting on you, while you carry on a conversation with your co-worker. Again it’s not like I was standing there an eternity maybe 3-5 which would’ve been fine with a hello I’ll be right with you.

The coffee was fresh brewed and taste was good. I had a bit of a wait because one guy was making everything himself. I think his name was Timothy.? I'm not sure but he was very nice , very good at his job and was working very fast to get everything done. I give him a lot of credit!

They can never get a coffee right…. When did a Carmel macchiato become more milk than coffee??? Milk at line 1 and coffee the remaining? How hard could it be??
