Been in the drive through line for 30 minutes and we haven’t moved up but one time! It’s absolutely ridiculous!

Do they have what you paid for in the app? Probably not. Out of doughnuts, out of milk, out of cups, out of munchkin buckets the morning they drop (because the mysyerious "truck" never delivers). Does it matter that you already paid for it? Nope. What if you come in 4 separate times on the promise they'll make it right? Nope. The only consistency is inconsistency in what you might get or not get and it is tiring, though the employees seem to do the best they can with what limited resources they have. Go to Starbucks, a local coffee chain, go anywhere else. I know I will be after.

I NEVER leave reviews - so for me to leave a review - it’s a bad situation. DO NOT go to this location of DD. Mobile order of the Halloween bucket of 50 munchkins was placed. When my 17 year old daughter went to pick it up she was handed a box and told they don’t have any more buckets. The order contained 5 different types of munchkins. When she arrived home 40 of them were blueberry and 10 jelly (which wasn’t ordered or an option on the app when we ordered. 4 of the types weren’t given. When we called regarding this we were told the manager had “stepped out” and would return our call. We waited 2.5 hours and called again. No one picked up with three calls. Then we called from a different number and the call was picked up immediately. We explained why we were calling and were told again that the manager “ERICA” had to run out to buy whole milk and would be back in 20 minutes and no one else could help us. We waited 30 minutes and called back - guess what? No one would answer. They are 25 minutes away so just running up there quickly isn’t an option. We called another DD store who was super friendly on the phone but said only that store could solve our issue. This is horrible service. Why even use the app if they can just give you what they want and not what you paid for? I will never use this location again and I will share this with everyone on social media and in person that this location has the WORST customer service.

Honestly i’m not the type of person to write a review, although today I went to dunkin to get sandwiches. I ordered a chocolate sprinkled donut and they forgot it. I was so devastated to open the bag and see the donut wasn’t there. The sandwiches were for my kids and even they didn’t enjoy them. They were burnt and the egg was raw. The drinks were okay but too sweet. Overall i wouldn’t recommend this place! I basically gave out free money for nothing.

Went to get donuts around 9:30/10am and was told we were unable to pick donuts we liked because “they are busy and can’t do that” so now we have a dozen donuts half of which we do not like. We did not realize we had to come during certain times just to get want we wanted.
Took 30 minutes to order and get our order. Young man at cash with glasses was filthy dirty , particularly his shirt and glasses and he was handling money and then people's food. We Olordered from the on the run menu and was charged full price for the sausage sandwich that was $3. Cashier asked the manager and he came back to tell me no sorry, they haven't changed the board and we have to pay regular price. I told him of the price protection and you have to honour the price you have posted and he still said no, the manager said no. There were peope behind us so we just paid it, feeling ripped off.. This is the worse experience I have ever had in a dunkin store. You should be ashamed that you don't honor your prices and treat your customers better.
We could have went to Starbucks or McDonald's but made an extra out of the way of our travel to come to your store. Will never be returning here.

Would not honor posted deal for coffee and breakfast sandwich. Charged full price for both despite it being on their main menu board! False advertising I say.
The guy who was speaking through the drive thru microphone was too busy laughing and carrying on to allow us to hear him correctly. Seems like they need new employees quick fast and in a hurry. It took so long for them to get us 2 plain glazed donuts. It was ridiculous. Make sure you count your change if you handed them cash

I have heard horrible things about this specific Dunkin location but decided to try it out for myself today. I wish I would have listened and not even wasted my time. I went to place an order and also pick up an order for my coworker. My coworker ordered a wrap, and they told me that the wrap was "discontinued." However, they just promoted this wrap on Twitter EIGHT hours ago! So, they discontinued the wrap in the last eight hours since they posted the promotion?? Also, I ordered two muffins and waited 30 minutes for them to open the sliding glass door and grab two muffins. I had to ask for a refund before they would go get the two muffins I paid for. And by "get my muffins," I mean throw them both in the bottom of the bag unwrapped and upside down. I agree with everyone I have ever talked to about this place... staff is rude, the wait is ridiculous, and the overall experience was horrible. Please just go elsewhere! The last few times my coworkers have been to this location to grab donuts for the office, they ALWAYS get the order wrong! Never fails. I've never seen a restaurant "discontinue" food instead of just walking 10 steps to grab it. Laziness.

So I had made a in app order for the green goddess wrape since it was on a promotion. When my coworker gets there they "can't find my order" but then have my drink and say they don't have them anymore. They aren't replacing it or giving me a refund. Probably not going back to this location anymore. Also they seem to have discontinued mayonnaise. LOL
