Stood at the counter for a few minutes and was ignored. One employee was making drinks. One employee was taking trays of donuts to the back and then back to the front and putting the trays back into the case. There were the same amount of donuts in the tray when she took it out and brought it back. She did this 3 times and ignored me. There were no other customers in the store. No one greeted us. No one even looked at us. There were 2 employees sitting at a table in the corner, one looked like a manager. Poor customer service. We walked out without anyone ever acknowledging we were even in there.

For some reason this store rarely puts the drizzle on the drinks. If you look at ordering them online it even says drizzle of whatever flavor you are ordering. Also seems like the large cups have gotten smaller, may be my imagination, but it appears as such. The hot drinks are typically luke warm. I try not to visit this store, but there are times I really want a Dunkin no matter how I know I will be a little disappointed. I keep hoping they will improve.

I had the chance to stop by this new cafe on Christmas Day, and I thought I'd share my experience. First off, the place is brand spanking new, which was a nice change. It was clean, bright, and had this welcoming vibe right from the start. They had a pretty impressive selection of donuts on display, which caught my eye immediately.One cool feature they had was this self-service check out machine. I thought that was a neat idea, especially for folks who are in a rush. So, I decided to give their app a try and order through that. Surprisingly, the process was smooth and my order was ready pretty quickly. To my delight, they even added extra munchkins to my order - I got 20 instead of the usual 10, which was a nice surprise.However, not everything was perfect. I'm a bit of a coffee aficionado, so I was looking forward to trying their Macchiato. But it was a letdown, to be honest. It was way too milky and lacked that strong coffee flavor I was craving. I mean, a Macchiato is supposed to have more coffee than a cappuccino, right? But this one just missed the mark. It was a bit of a bummer since I was expecting something with a bit more kick to it.This experience kind of put a damper on the visit for me. Don't get me wrong, the place has a lot going for it – the cleanliness, the donut selection, and the convenience of the vending machine. But when you're a coffee lover like me, a bad cup can really make or break your experience.So, in a nutshell, if you're going for the donuts or want a quick, convenient service, this cafe's a great spot. But if you're particular about your coffee, you might want to keep your expectations in check. Despite the coffee hiccup, I might give them another try, maybe for a different drink next time.

Waited 10 minutes AT THE DRIVE THRU SPEAKER before anyone even spoke and there was only one other car in front of me... The Dunkin in Asheboro is terrible. The workers work at a glacial pace. Even if you order in the mobile app. It's a 15-20 minute wait ONCE you get to the store.....the customer service is less than friendly - they'll just hand you your coffee without uttering a word.

Dunkin Food Service is the best now and faster now that they have a new hire who's actually fast and really good. The best service started when he got there and I noticed he is there from Monday through Friday morning shifts. His name tag is on his hat behind his head and his name starts with "s." He also always look presentable and smells good! He is the best so far at that place. He's really good at serving food and I also noticed he is doing other stuff too besides food station. Great job Dunkin for hiring a talented employee, FINALLY!

Love the Dunkin coffees. We ordered 2 coffee and 2 chorizo breakfast wraps and 2 hash rounds. It took a very long time to get food. They forgot one of the wraps and never did give us the water we asked for twice!!

Terrible service, waited over a half hour in the drive through at 4pm to pullUp to the window and them having no idea what I ordered, I didn’t even end up getting my drinks and drove off. Workers seemed clueless and confused, their was 3 cars ahead of me, I wouldn’t recommend going their unless you want to waste a bunch of time to have your order wrong anyways.
